I went with the 32GB as well. Shooting 720p vid is a GB killer!

Also wishing they would have released the 64GB as they did the iPod touch. They're probably holding off for a small upgrade in January.

Does your FedEx say out for delivery? Also, what is the expected delivery date?

Mine still says it's at the sort facility (as of 1138pm) , and expected delivery is tomorrow?!?!
Just weird because I did get the Apple email saying I would have it today.

A little bit of panic because my kid could be born any sec, and having the iphone for the delivery would rock!

Mine says at the sort facility as of 3:08am. However, this is typical for FedEx next day deliveries. The ship date for me still says today. So I have no worries.

I went 32 as well. Sucks that some reviews have the screen being the biggest complaint. I guess I'll have to get a bumper and a screen protector sticker.

Who is complaining about the screen? I've read a couple reviews and they have all praised the screen a great deal.

Just a heads up. People are saying their tracking is showing at the sort facility. Mine does as well. If you call FedEx they aren't being too polite. They KNOW why you are calling. Their canned response is it will be delivered tomorrow even if it says the 23rd. However, people are still receiving them even though it doesn't say out for delivery. So hang in there! Yet another F up by all parties involved in this phones launch.
