I don't think we'll see a PPO before the new year. I'm not sure I like the worm on his forhead though.

Yeah, from the sound of things according to the newsletter, it seems the Aragorn PF will go up for PPO with the arrival of the next newsletter - or at the very least the next newsletter will conatin the necessary info about the PPO.

and since i didnt get a email about a PPO im guessing it wont be for a while.
sure, too bad sideshow doesnt do PPO's at night.

Who knows what they will do? They used the PPO system for Gandalf the White, but in the end it turned out to be unnecessary. Maybe they have decided that there won't be a mad rush to order Aragorn, so they don't need to "waste" a PPO on it.

The main reason I would think GTW was a PPO was because it was one of the SDCC pre-orders...
But yea, there was no need for it.
Frodo was a regular pre-order and I'm not sure about Lurtz....I think he was a PPO.

That comment I won't accept. They were employed to work on the film and I just think it's wonderful that they bothered to make collectibles for us, that's all.
Also I think the Weta Elessar statue likeness is good. And the Legolas likeness on the steed statue with Gimli is better than the other Legolas statue. Theoden, Elrond and Saruman are also very good likenesses.
When it comes to employing alot of average sculptors and shafting LOTR collectors then yes...Weta is best
