it'll determine if i keep the two i have coming or not. i'm leaning towards ditching the line, so that will be the deciding factor.

So in other words it will have to have a high resell value to be worth collecting? Seems like an odd way to collect IMO. Keep one and have an awesome item in your collection.

i've just been trying to decide if i want to continue with this particular line or put these funds towards the x-men sentinel dios. i might keep one to go with lurtz, but i'll probably just sell him too and cancel the aragorns.

the resell isn't going to determine collecting these, finding the x-men 1 dio will

Well, it sounds like you're really more into Marvel then LOTR. Mainly due to the secondary value.

really i'm just at the point of deciding which lines i want to go after. my intentions were to collect only ssw lotr goods, then i included the pf line and the eagle dio. now the x-men nerd deep inside is surfacing once again.

i just can't decide which line i'd rather go after... lotr pf or marvel dios. secondary value means very little and the only reason i mentioned flipability with the aragorn was because i managed to secure two exclusives and was considering dropping the line and didn't know if they'd even be worth the effort.

no doubt the aragorn pf will be an awesome piece, especially with the lurtz, but i just haven't decided if they're worth it. guess i need to see the sentinel 1 in person before i decide.

All the people complaining about the previous, awful LOTR PFs have no reason to complain with this piece. He's the best likeness of Viggo, period! The Aragorn PF will make a great stand-alone piece as well. Get it, no matter the resale value.

IF, Aragorn PF isn't going to be out for several months, I would contact the seller of the auction and try to back out of the deal. You would be working within the rules since all auctions are supplosed to be completed with transfer of goods within 30 days, I think. Get the SS rewards points, plus covered for any breakage.

I'm trying to hold on to mine but it gets harder and harder. $300 is a lot for me to shell out so the more time I have the think about it the more I lean to canceling. The only pf I have is Frodo so canceling him and selling Frodo might end up happening.

i axed the anakin PF the other day. i recently got 12in anakin for cheap and he will soon get the DA treatment so i think that is all the anakin i need. im keeping this guy though. can never have enough aragorns lying around the house. and the chicks dig him.

Oh.. he's probably the best PF yet.. I just can't swing the price.. and when I planned my collection room.. I really don't have the room.

..and I'm still in the LOTR PF club.. just not for exlusive Aragorn
