I know I'll be in the minority, but I'm not having any problems with whatever changes they've made. In fact, I like the face sculpt much better...more focused and intense. The eyes look like they're actually seeing something.

Looks like they fixed the base.
But he looks too upset now! And I also preferred the original colors.

I don't think I like the changes to the face. Looks a little less like Viggo than before. Gonna have to see it at SDCC I suppose to get my total feel on it. I'm keeping my order cause this is 1 PF I have to own but I don't know.

I really see Viggo in the first shot. The second one, it's hard to pin down exactly what has changed, but it looks less like Viggo.

Odds are with the changes that have been made this will pop up for a second chance offering soon....I would have never thought that before but I think alot of people are gonna wanna take the wait and see approach on this now.

I think as far as posing, the changes look more natural.

I think its the eyes that are throwing alot of people off. The more intense look I think is whats changed the look of the face sculpt. But like I said before, its still Aragorn, just a little different than what we're used to.

Agree. And although the proto's sculpt is good, I thought there was something just ever so slightly off about it. Now that I can compare, I think that the proto's eye section softened him a bit. This new sculpt (if indeed new and not just angle of the pic) seems much more in tune to Viggo's piercing look. The mouth also (slightly parted) is much better IMO.

The belt looks "cheaper" too.
his hair is definatiely sculpted differently, with the part going in opposite directions.
His eyes look wider apart on production pics and not as focused.
My first impression of production: I don't like it as much as proto.
