All good justifications, you mad bro?
Kojima posted this message yesterday on his Twitter (copied-and-pasted from Playstation Lifestyle):

He's always on the defensive trying to justify GZ's length and "replayability". In addition, it's kind of hilarious how he thinks he's revolutionizing the game-industry by taking MGS into The Sandbox .
I took the liberty of checking through PL's comment section, and it's rife with people calling this a "demo", and just being unsatisfied by what they've been hearing about GZ. At least the fans are finally opening up their eyes now.
It's surreal to think were no longer a minority about being negative toward the game, for the most part. I think the only silver lining I've seen so far about the game is the stunning graphics on PS4. Kojima seems to have to reassure people about the game constantly
I'm actually surprised by his behavior. I mean, we're talking about a man, who's arguably the most famous video game creator of our time - but, it's like he had his head in the sand, and was completely oblivious to how Sandbox games actually work? Games like this end up being very cheap, around $35 a pop - and they offer hundreds of hours of side-quests and re-playability. But, ZMOG! He's acting as if he just discovered the genre and created the first Sandbox title.
Yeah, it feels strange that we're not in the minority anymore. The graphics do look nice, but as the old saying goes, "you can't judge a book by its cover". It's reassuring that people aren't as foolish as I made them out to be.
Well, replay value or not, only pig headed fanboys would deny that it IS an expensive 2 hour experience. I'm glad all the backlash means that people still value their hard earned cash.
I use to throw my money at anything MGS, nowadays I'm more critical on my purchases.
Same here, after I got the Legacy Collection from Amazon I promptly sent it back for a refund.
Oh yeah I remember that! But why again did you returned it? Also, do you have the Limited Edition HD collection, Pliss?
The first real shock after all the news on this broke recently was the change in tune that the Facebook fanboys had. It went from 99% of them praising the game, to like 60% or more saying it's bull ****

I've been saying it for months now that this game just seems like it's a commercial to sell the Fox Engine to other devs.
You know this whole thread and the other one, along with some other things on YouTube that I'm starting to think about, reminds me that I may do this as my second MGS LP, my first being the original MGS. I'm still trying to work out kinks with MGS2, MGS3 and trying to get over MGS4. PW probably could happen because it'd be a joke but then I remember that stupid long final boss.
Anyone think they'd want to join? Only thing would be no talking over cutscenes. I could use some help playing the game anyway, I had to have a guest commentator help me with MGS1 cause I didn't really know the game and my viewers requested it. Just don't be an *** like him and mislead me and fanboy over it endlessly
