I have the original athena,contemplating if i should get the gold version also

I'd love both but I'm not going back paying what people are asking for her I think I'd preferr her in the gold armor anyway

Wait for the official shots of the gold one. If you like it more, then I would suggest selling the original and using that money to get the new one. I imagine the original to be worth way more so you'll have some money extra too. I'm a firm believer in just buying the absolute best of one thing and spending the other money on buying more unique things. I've never really been one for the palette swap color changes/buying two or three of the same piece. I don't really see the point.

for me this is an easy choice because I originally passed on Athena because of the color..it just not right in my opinion

if I were you I would not hesitate on getting rid of the original under any circumstances..be it at a loss or at a profit...use the money to get the new gold version..

we might have another ARH grail in the golden athena!!

For sure at least %25 cheaper, she has one heavy base but is overall not as big as the Medusa. We will redo the stryo this time to better size.
