:huh Uh Oh! Might be time for a new pair of glasses. :lol

I heard the same thing when Moore did Barbarian. Look how that turned out!

Glasses are working just fine, fanboy! :lol But don't let that stop you from flooding the thread! :lol

The Barbarian we will do being 1/4 will have the girls feet sculpted. Advantage of going 1/4 will be obvious to you guys soon enough.

What a great sculpt and paint! Is this factory paint?
Will you be ready to upgrade to a 1/4 sculpt and size of this same statue?
We need to get a few good painters onboard.

BTW guys, have you seen Webb anywhere here? :)

Once Ehren Bienert has finished the sculpt, we will be surprised. Its part digital part wax work. Amazing what we can do these days.
Im getting contacted by some top artists, its nice to see the recognition ARH Inc. is getting having secured the Frazetta license. Now I have to get some great painters onboard with these projects.
SDCC, is right around the corner and it would be good to have at least a couple Frazetta statues ready.

Really looking forward to this one, Always wanted this done in 1/4 scale and contemplated and getting it commisioned myself off and on for the last 8 years...almost got Dan Katcher to do this in 3D, even talked to Sheridan Doose to do just Frazetta's Conan but he thought Clay nailed it and couldnt improve on it, also talked to Thiago Provin... anyway I always ran into problems with cost because it was 2 figures involved...as much as I loved Clays version it bothered me that they cut the girls legs off...anyway you can get Clay on board to do this in 1/4 scale, he just caught Frazetta's Conan perfectly in 3D. thanks for saving me some money and taking this project off the shelf for me.

Averone, these are NOT factory paints. Paul Moore, Clay's brother, paints this piece up as custom work and does an amazing job.

Will definitely get the babarian. It should be nude like in the painting? It is going to be tough to top the Moore piece.

I can't even tell what is going on in "Indomitable". Good luck in translating that to 3D! LOL

I'm with you BB.

i've been admiring Frazetta's work for the majority of my life, Indomitable has never been one of my favorites.

but i have no problem waiting it out ... whatever it takes to get our Frazetta favorites produced.

I'm almost positive i'm gonna purchase the Barbarian. I am very excited, this is the first statue i've been looking forward to since the Scorpion and Ryu 1:1 busts.

again, when the times comes, please consider The Silver Warrior. It would be massively stunning in 1/4 scale. This is one 1/4 scale diorama i would GLADLY clear space for.

this snowglobe is neat and fitting, but it just doesn't cut it.

Here is some great news!

I have been weighing all the inputs about the upcoming Frazetta line, and you guys can be sure I hear you all, and all the feedback posted here has value to us.

The Indomitable at 1/4th would measure 36 high, 35 wide and about 22 in depth. It would take like half of a dinner table to display it, and it would weigh a ton!!! (Not literally!)

Also the price tag would be from $2,500 up, so these two factors combined would for sure limit the number of you guys who can display it.

I decide then to reduce the scale on the Indomitable to 1/5th. This way, the size will diminish, and we will probably be able to keep it under the $2,000 range.

I will not change any of the other sizes because all the others we selected for the first phase are very manageable at 1/4th scale. Probably other statues as complex as the Indomitable like the Destroyer, the Seven Romans and etc, we will also do in 1/5th, but the ones with a couple figures only, we will keep at 1/4th.

That's a fantastic decision. It will make the dio projects much more manageable and affordable. You will generate more sales and at 1:5 scale it will still be majestic! A win all around!

Cant argue with Moores masterpiece.
Not exactly sure you guys even know of Ehren Bienert or heard of him. You will very soon enough :)
Just wait and see

Yes the sculpt will be exactly like the painting, thats what they want us to do
