I do wish you guys well but hope you make the key pieces first. Honestly, as I alluded to above, I think Frazetta has a small but very enthusiastic collector base which is why the pieces never seem to sell very well. I hope I am wrong but some of these lesser known pieces I can't see selling very well. It seems the average statue collector is looking for the next super her statue. But then you guys specialize in this niche market so what do I know.

Wolf-Bro, Barbarian and Death Dealer may come out first. I just say lets get it over with and make them so they are out of the way first.
Plenty people like Death Dealer and Barbarian is perfect for us to do.
Either way, with multiple artists working all at the same time this is very exciting. Its no longer just Arahom doing it all :yess:

Agreed. I believe we need to start with the tow most Iconic ones and a reasonable price. This will build the foundation for what comes next and the sales will help propel us to the next phase.
The 1/5 The Indomitable is much more flexible and better for shipping, lets give it a try and see what you guys think.

I am in agreement with all the posters in regards to this choice. I can see your commitment to this as there have been two good business decisions made in the past two days (this & the dios in 1/5) that i think will get this project started off successfully with a good foundation and imo boost sales. I'm in for a 1/4 Barbarian. :yess:

Then do the Destroyer. :wink1: :thud:

We are pleased to announce the very latest talent to join ARH Studios: The Shiflett Brothers! They will be sculpting Frazetta “Monster out of Time” for us and following with one of our ARH Originals from our line of History/Mythology!

Yes the decision has been made, 2 of the most popular first then the first diorama in 1/5.
We are still debating but we do love to have more dioramas in 1/4. As you can see some are more manageable in 1/4 as everything fits, but others are just too big.

WOW..things seem to be rolling along nicely. What scale for Monster out of time?

It's a mammoth announcement and one that promises to meet so many wishlists, the choices are going to leave some people seriously considering their entire collections! :thud:

Serious saving has to be undertaken by me now as this really does rival my LOTR bug in terms of character, artist, stories (Frazetta epitomised Howard's heros and heroines and his art told paragraphs). I had been budgeting to meet several pieces but this changes everything.

This Frazetta license is a game changer for ARH and collectors alike! The sky is the limit with the amount of masterful art to choose from. I definitely want this to be super successful as he is my favorite artist.

Totally agree about reassessing collections when this comes off.

Definitely going to look over my wants list after this announcement. Really excited for Tarzan, and a Frezzeta inspired piece is just awesome. Want to get at least one Conan too, virtually a must. I really hope ARH can do it all.

The clause imposed about sticking to the original art as close as possible may be the difference in some pieces being outstanding and others being highly subjective, especially when it comes to obscured features, especially the face. Conan vs Thak is a must buy and the Egyptian Queen is another, any more and I will be a very lucky man I think.

The talent is definately there and even if I just have to drool on the sidelines I wish this line amazing success!

will Tarzan be included @ nycc? also although i get why 1/5 is the choice to go with in the super larger pieces (despite me loving 1/4 scale), I'm hoping and am wondering if/that the 1/4 scale dios will still be made part of the plan..ik a lot of people will buy bcz of the artist, but myself I am buying because of the scale (1/4) (and of course the prerequisite that it looks great) and hope that remains part of the plans going forward for the dios, especially the 4 that i thought would look great in 1/4 scale in my earlier post.

Tarzan dio with croc at NY CON?? Confirmed!!!
Yes, there may be no other way to make the first one as the size would have taken up an entire dining table if it was 1:4. The others are still planned at 1:4 as they are more manageable. Yes Tarzan is expected to be at NYCC 2014, and maybe all 3 of them.
