As I said my background before coming here was most definitely anime wallpapers. I actually haven't seen many anime girls on here so I hope I'm not gumming up the works.

I've been an anime fan since the early 90's and have always liked the art style. What pisses me off is that I can't figure out if there is such a thing as manga original art that people could buy. I'd love to get something from Tenjho Tenge or Panty&Stocking, but anyone I've ever asked has no idea whether manga's are all drawn digitally or traditionally.

The answer is both. Some artist do their work entirely traditionally, some do pencils and inks traditional but may use digital screentone, or ink digital, some do it all digitally.

I believe Oh! Great does it all traditionally. So do Tite Kubo and many manga artist. The issue when it comes to getting original artwork is that I think all of the artwork is owned by the publisher. Comicbook artist are given back their work or just send in a copy but thats not the case with manga artist.

I've been trying to get manga pages for years. Its my holy grail when it comes to art.

All this thanking going on reminds me I've not said how much I appreciate you chaps tracking down all that hi-res Adam Hughes loveliness. Skimming through this thread was invaluable to making my custom catwoman figure, so thanks guys.
I've been thinking of using one of my photos as a reference for a proper 2d pencils and digital inks piece, does any one in particular stand out to you guys as the best option for that? I was going to redraw one in pencil then photoshop colour it and see how close an Adam Hughes pastiche I can get. These were my favourites, the last one's kinda boring compositionally, but it leaves more focus on the facial expression as a result so I don't know :

I hope to be able to do something like that or at least sell castings in the future but I'm not able to for the time being. I'm selling a couple of similar catsuits on eBay this week if anyone's interested, but that's it for now.
