YES, that IS an Authentic Likness of a Head Sculpt. I've never seen a more Head Sculpt'y looking Head Sculpt.

That said... besides the hair.. i think its a pretty good looking Cage. IMO better then the HT Ghost Rider one, that kinda looked like Ross from Friends.
