Between this version and the Batman Returns version I am resigned that whichever comes out first, that will be the one I own. and it will have the honor of being posed with the HT 89 Batmobile.

I really hope it's this one. I love Returns, but I've got a Keaton (and soon, like you said, a Batmobile) to tide me over, but, honestly, I cherish the Arkhamverse, and I've been waiting years for HT to make these things. To be frank, I was actually indifferent when the license was announced because I was in such a state of shock.

For another, there is simply no way that Hot Toys would have the Rocksteady logo in the corner instead of the DC logo."

I'm frankly surprised there hasn't been reports of bricks being thrown through their windows with notes attached reading "you will make a 1:6 100% perfect accurate replica of Nolanz Batman, or next time it'll be a grenade"
