Yeah, instead of "low-end" or "high-end" I should've emphasized the difference more between mass-produced in China (which works pretty dang well for Hot Toys but I think this figure will be much trickier because of the fur) vs one or two artists. Anyway, my main point is that they're servicing two different markets, so Dooley's cease and desist seems kind of silly (especially if he's unable to produce anything himself) and Beto's not a thief. You should be raising hell in all the Iminime threads if you think that's the case. *****k Fluffy! What about poor Clint?

The later half of this thread is one of the best I have ever read. Thank you guys =). As for this figure I wanted it about a year ago. Have been waiting but now I'am saddened to see how its turning out. I pray that shs can get this bad boy out because I'm ready to buy.

So MONSTERPALOOZA 2013 was a big hit and a lot of fun!!! I'd like to thank everyone who helped make it a huge success!!! I'd also like to thank all the fans, customers and supporters who dropped by as well. It was great to meet and speak with each of you!

We're regrouping and getting ready to send our Newsletter out end of the week. Stay tuned and thank you for your support!

On a different subject SHS offers our heart-filled thoughts and prayers to those that have gone through this tragedy in Boston. This was a cowardly act of violence! And completely unnecessary. Being an East-coaster this hits close. Boston is a strong city and I know they will heal and the guilty will be caught.

Beto was offended because Dooley didn't want him stealing something that legally was bought by and belonged to Dooley. (Ie the rights to produce Fluffy).

Edit: Beto most certainly DID get offended. Who are you trying to fool?

We start the Fluffy project more than a year before SHS announced that they had acquired the license for Crepshow, for the time that SHS began his project of Crepshow all the Fluffy custom figures had been paid and sent, in fact all were already in the hands of their owners (you can ask)

SHS request respectfully that all information and images of this Fluffy custom figure were removed from the forum and also request to stop the making and sale of this custom figure (which was already a finished project and had no intentions of producing more of this custom figures), both applications were accepted and fulfilled in their entirety, so I think that your comments are a little out of place and it based on information 100% wrong, now lets go back to the figures.

Well I suppose what has confused me is why a lot of the guys who follow your threads seem to think SHS cheated them out of their Fluffy. Surely if you had no intention of making more, that would leave their complaints moot?

One thing I'm sure about Beto's projects is that once the run is done, it's done. No matter how much people have begged him for a second run of Darkman and Pennywise, he doesn't like repeating projects. It's always something new.


Anyway, back to Creepshow. This thing looks great!

Sorry that is not true Beto made a second run of beetlejuice. Yeah, I thought this was the case, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it in the secondary market.

Nope. He wasn't done with the project. He said from the beginning there would be more after he finished the jason project, hence the waitlist he had. I know this because I got one on the second round. Now the project is completely done. No more.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the only character from one specific movie that he keeps revisiting (and that's cause he loves that character and movie so much), is Ash.

I think Beto planned on doing more Beetlejuice figures after he finished his next Ash, but maybe that idea's scrapped since he upped the 2nd run edition size from 5 to 12.

I really hate to keep this going but the only reason I said anything was Beto had talked about a small second run of fluffy their was a small wait list/maybe second run list but then then Beto was approached to quit making the figure and he did that was the end of it I was not upset that Dooley did what he did he got the license and had every right I was just upset about the news with the delays or the possibility that Nate might not come out so I lost all hope for fluffy and I want him more than Nate so now I have zero chance of getting a fluffy really Diddnt mean to drag Beto into this and bring this whole situation back up I will just go back to keeping to myself on these things sorry guys I just want my 1/6 creepshow figures

Wow. Just saw your Beto Crate/Fluffy reviews Zach , DarthMagnus, Emarae! I surely would have been on that list had I known. Congrats. Seems Fluffy made it into the possessions of those who cherish the character and movie most. I too grew up with it and loved Creepshow from the moment I saw it for the first time. I don't know how many times I've seen it! PM me one of you. I'm just curious how much it cost. Thanks!

Sort of irrelevant whether Beto made more or not (two markets), the obvious problem is lack of delivery on Dooley's end. If he ends up producing something, then great, but if he doesn't then I suppose him asking Beto to stop a custom he had already completed so that Dooley could create... nothing, will look even sillier than it does already. What don't you get about that?
