To be honest, if XM announces any plans to do a Jean Grey I'd be tempted to cancel this one....

If she looks as good as the rest of their line up.... There will be lots of peeps that get her
Ugh... now I have to rethink my x-men strategy....
What sort of Fresh Hell did I just walk into about Phoenix, Give it up, Link, where are you getting this info from? don't be shy Speak
This is my thoughts as well. Sideshow's golden days of "EX or Fail" just don't have the same urgency that it use to. The last EX that I saw that I HAD to have was the Kirby Red Skull PF. As far as Cyclops goes, I sold mine awhile back simply because his base looked so goofy around the other X-Men (and Cyclops is my favorite Marvel character sans Captain America). My point was that like the Cyclops PF, I'll never use the EX head so no rush to buy it and can easily pick the reg up later if this thing comes out better than anticipated.
This is the truth...Cyclops ex head is .... who approved the sculpt
I am happy that some other companies are getting into the 1/4th Marvel business because sometimes it feels like Sideshow isn't giving it their 100%; if they are doing a classic 1/4th Phoenix, I will be a very happy customer!..
you wanna pay $800+ for it out of the gate?
Is that how much the XMstudios 1/4th run for?
Wow, that is crazy high. Honestly, I don't mind paying more if I really want the item, but for that type of cash I would have to see it in person. The issue for me is that I feel like Sideshow's Jim Lee Jean Grey is just 'meh' and I don't want to risk dealing with QC. If they are going to increase their price, they better be upping QC and upping the wow factor of their product. I have been collecting Sideshow since 05/06, but after the Ironman maquette paint slop & Rogue's eyes paint nightmares the Psylocke paint cracking was kind of the 'final straw' for QC issues to me.with shipping to your door, yes
