Eh... Maybe I need to see more pictures but I think the Anakin vs Asajj diorama did a better job at capturing a realistic Ventress from the CGI series.

Since painting Waxer and Boil for Sideshow, I actually got into the Clone Wars cartoon. And after the 'Night Sisters' episodes in season 3, I really like this version of Asajj.

I love it. But I think I have a thing for Asajj...

Ventress was a monster in her original incarnation. I'm sure she's good in the new one, but I don't catch it often enough to have an opinion. I'm just not a fan of the design when compared to this:

Oh, SilentSurfer, you are soooo effin' evil! (Okay, not really... ) This was an easy pass for me, both because it is a bust - haven't collected 'em - and because it is a version of Asajj I don't care for. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Asajj and I am a fan of the Clone Wars series, but the redesign of Asajj for that series was one of the things I initially HATED about the show. To this day, I can't quite reconcile the CG Asajj with the other versions of her, though sticking her in her "proper" costume in "Nightsisters of Dathomir" was a genius step in the right direction. Now, here you are insinuating that the exclusive will be the Dark Horse version??! This is a year full of (expensive) 'must haves' - I don't need more temptations... I MIGHT be able to hold out, so long as this exclusive you hint at is not a Tartakovsky Asajj - which, to me, is the definitive version of the character (simple design, pure white eyes; pure white eyes = epitome of evil!)
