I use a black Lipton tea for dye projects and it works like a charm. For those who don't drink coffee and could use the leftover tea for themselves. It's not my normal cup of tea (badumtiss) but tea is tea in a pinch if you have to have leftovers.

It boggles my mind how faces can be painted to realistic, and from a factory. Any collector who has tried painting their own heads will know how difficult this level is. Just needed to vent, in a good way. Congrats Asmus

I know right? I like Gothmog, I really do, but the colour of his outfit didn't bother me that much, but I might eventually darken it

Tea would have left him with a redder colour, I tested in other fabrics, and compared to the movie images. At least that was my impression and the result of testing
