Asmus toys: Deadite Ash Evil dead 2

Just revealed by Sideshow on their live stream, 2 sculpts, book and hand not much known at the moment.

Really cool reveal, if they wanted to really impress add a normal sculpt + chainsaw etc.

Those snaps on the shirt are way too pronounced. I’d rather Velcro than those and magnets are of course the ideal.

Looks kinda rough for a prototype. I have their first release and enjoy it. I’ll just pick up the head sculpt via eBay.

Not to say it isn’t cool but really this could have been an alternate sculpt with the regular figure and that would have been enough. I don’t care about the Deadite version enough to buy the figure.

Wait? Is this SS or Asmus? Are they collaborating?

I don't think this is all as the silloutte was clearly Ash holding a gun so I do think we'll see more.

As for the Deadite sculpt I wasn't a fan of the original but these look alot better. However I'll just wait for it to be parted out and grab a sculpt.

The silhouette was a figure of Ash from a comic adaptation of Evil Dead 1. I think they googled something and threw it together.
