All the Hobbits so far don't have stands (thought it was known, i'm not surprised by this).

They don't need stands anyway (bigger feet, super well balanced, solid joints). My Merry and Pippin never fell down.

Merry and Pippin slims both came with stands.
It would be nice to have them with Sam and Frodo slims for consistency.

Frodo looks incredible! I can’t wait to receive my updated headsculpt. Sam looks ok, better than the first release.

So what I’m learning is don’t order asmus figures the first time around, but take a gamble that they will release a better product with extras you won’t receive the first time. Oh well. At least they keep working on their figures instead of moving on to other things. Have to be happy about that.

That head sculpt is pretty freakin' good! Asmus should be very happy with this. I'd love to see them do a "Ring Weary" version of Frodo...all crazy eyed and worn looking.

Prmimising and a relief because I think the new Sam looks absolutely crap. I'm not against having a Sam in my collection but my LOTR collection is tight and if you get Sam you need the other two. But Frodo can stand alone.

I have Frodo shipped from Asmus today and very relieved I will have to do little, if any work on him to have him look great alongside my others

They're the same standard LOTR stands as with the other releases, except they come with a waist-grabber attachment instead of a crotch-grabber (the crotch-grabber sits too high to work on the short hobbit bodies).

Nope, you didn't miss it. Sam didn't come with one. The Merry and Pippin slims did, though, so I expected one.
