Anytime man, Maybe you just have to comb it out a bit. Can I ask you about the two loops that hold the sword? Is it a separate piece? Mine is missing , thanks

Yeah, you can see it on mine in the two full length pics springing up vertically from the blue belt. I'm not sure if its attached to the belt (glued) or just loose (like all the other ones from Asmus) as I already packed Gandalf away for the time being in case I got a lemon. If that belt piece is in fact loose, then you might find it inside the box somewhere. If you already searched, then yeah, contact Asmus -- I'm certain they'll mail you one out very quickly.

Yes I searched everywhere, I emailed asmus and they are sending a replacement. Thanks wor, hope you figure out your Gandalf problems because he is a beauty

Got old Greybeard yesterday and he's been a challenge. Same issues as others with what I thought were loose ankles but it was more the feet just loose in the boots so I tied them tighter and it's done the trick. The loop for his belt wasn't glued so that was easy fix and his hair needs a lot of attention. So after being frustrated yesterday I'm overly excited with a little water at how he came out. Well done again Asmus, I love him.

Best picture I've seen of this figure yet. The hat is put on perfectly. You guys really got me worried about the 'bald' spots on the scalp...
