@Asmus I’ve been trying to contact you via email. How do I order the new hat for my Crown Series Gandalf? Thank you.
I just emailed them at [email protected] stating I would like to buy the hat along with my address information and that I agree on the shipping costs involved. Note, that it took like a month to get this arranged - from the start of the communication to getting the invoice and the tracking number.
But I am getting it this Friday :geek:
 
My hat already showed up today - paid on Sunday, shipped on Tuesday, and arrived in the Netherlands on Thursday!
I might still do some slight mods to make it fit better, but it already looks great on him. I did immediately take out the magnet as it's quite unnecessary IMO.

Love that pic of Gandalf with his new hat on. If I may ask are those model rocks, possibly from an aquarium. They look great!
 
Well, I am still waiting on mine, but not due to Asmus' fault. Darn FedEx had to bork my weekend sniffing the enjoyment out of it. Some "operational delay" and there have been no tracking updates since Friday 09:08AM (CEST). So that makes it over 48h with no updates on their end. Maybe I will get it next week. My bet is FedEx went El Cheapo during Covid and now lack personnel (yes, they have lame excuse on their site which I dont believe is the actual truth)

I have 2 packages from FedEx that I picked up July 7 and it still shows them as not being delivered or picked up. They are definitely having issues.
 
Anyone have any luck contacting Asmus? I asked if the invoice for Gandalf was coming soon, they said they sent it a long time ago but would send it again, nothing’s arrived for a couple of weeks.
Is it worth just losing the deposit and ordering elsewhere?
 
This figure is incredible, you just need to lose your fear and dare to manipulate the hair, the new hat helps a lot by the way
