ordered from bbts. i was one of the fools that got all the ss LOTR 12" figures and they stopped the line short of completing the fellowship. glad i can now add some awesome figures ss wouldn't have dared done. i'm hoping they'll make a gimli, merri and pippin!!!

Some of the inaccuracies like the nose are disappointing, but the nature of the character make them less of an issue, cause overall its still very impressive. I sincerely hope there is more attention to detail with the human sculpts.

I really dig the paint apps on the sculpt, hope those hold up in production.

All in all, very nice figure and on pre order.

Looks good...hope the production samples compare! The only nit would be the kinda weird open lips with teeth showing, but closed mouth...looks sort of cat-like.

He always sort of had his lips OVER his teeth:

instead of 'behind' them:

Geb's pic shows some inaccuracies...but overall a damn fine looking figure.

Hoping some of this gets worked out though but the full reveal makes some of the more exacting detail less obvious.
