Even though they are still a bit cheaper on principal I'd take my business elsewhere. Any company that does that will gouge you a second time if they can, or not get enough to cover orders and leave you w/o a figure.

I ordered mine for 154.99 plus shipping at toywiz yesterday (before they jacked the price up to 169.99) and this morning I have an email saying there is a "problem with my order" and to call their customer service to resolve it. I double checked all my ordering info and it is correct.

I think they are calling to tell me that they need to adjust the item cost up to 169.99. Should I call them or ignore them? If they press the matter, I'll just cancel and reorder it via BBTS.

What do you all think?

I think they should honor the price. I haven't gotten an email yet...but if I do I think I'll cancel. They really can't bite the bullet on a few orders and keep the customer happy.

I got my Gladiator from KG Hobbies in Hong Kong I think it is and had no problem. I keep checking to see if they are getting this but so far no luck.

I might switch from bbts to mofts depending on who gets it in first. Normally I am loyal and stick with whoever I first order it from but with the 1/6 Lord of the Rings drought we have had I might cave and switch to the first available shipping as long as the price is about the same.

I ordered from BBTS, as I tend to be loyal to a couple of vendors, but if it helps Asmus and the line, I could start using MOFTS for future purchases.

Company coming out of the gates with a near $200 figures is pretty ballsy. They better hit this initial release out the park or they are gonna sour a lot of people to their name awfully quick.

I am sure BBTS sell it at a higher price, because we can all trust his packaging, and shipping, plus the service. Well, reputation is something that deserves a little extra dime too.

MOFTS is fine too, they are new but experienced. Speed wise, should be around the same~

Awesome choice with the Witch King as a start.

I noticed on BBTS that the height was 35cm - can you please confirm that is the height from the bottom (feet) to the top of his head? not the top of the point of the helmet.

ie the figure is 14" tall from top of head to bottom of foot

Toy Wiz just called me at work. They aren't going to change the order total. They were just verifying my shipping address. THey did tell me it is set top ship in July. Does that seem overly optimistic to anyone else?
