On any cloth with heavy weathering I think it acceptable to see afew loose threads, is anyone water treating? I kinda like him straight out of the box after minor adjustment

My biggest complaint is the arms are a tad short

OK, well I've never seen that before. However, if you guys say it's normal, then I trust you. :)

Just curious what other figures have this too?

A small fabric scissors is a good thing to have in your futzing kit, along with a tweezers. :)

I forgot to mention that I love the rocky display stand that came with it. It's got some weight to it and it doesn't feel like a plastic stand like some other companies would have given ups.

I'm a fan of the dry heat (hair dryer) method, personally. But hot water works too.

Dry heat can melt some plastics whilst hot or boiling water can't. I learnt that lesson the heard way a few years back on 1 of my sideshow stormies chest armour lol.

And I've experienced discoloration from boiling water, so I guess there are potential drawbacks to either.

I just find hot air easier to control.

My Morgul Lord arrived from Animarket. I removed the clothes from the arms, I prefer it with the armored arms, like the scene with gandalf on Minas Tirith.
I have a problem with the knees and elbows armor pieces, the joints of the armor are very loose. Any Ideas of how can I fix that? Any of you have the same problem? Thanks

That's a great looks.

Yes, I have the same problem with the armor on the elbows and knees. The Left elbow armor actually popped off when I was trying to switch out hands.

However, this figure overall is very nice to look at. I'm just hoping Gothmog doesn't have the same armor issues.

Just unofficial news,

we will give away a an Asmus own free upgraded body for Morgul Lord in our next 1/6 LOTR figure. so buyers can swap the body themselves...

(but I guess with me saying it, would make it official...)

If it were a "normal" ringwraith it came with more power to you, however orcs don't interest me so yeah.

( I haven't ordered this one yet but it's on the to-do list! )
