I've got about 11 or 12 of the Hidden Glyphs
Got Altair's Armor
Done up the Villa
So I think I may focus on Glyphs and Feather

So I think I may focus on Glyphs and Feather

That's all I have left to do as well. I think I"ll wait until the DLC to fire it up and go on that magic quest.

~~I had a ????? of a time trying to get the trophy for sweeping 5 enemies at once with the spear. I would always get 3 or 4, but never 5.

I 1000'd it the other night, great game, deserving of whatever praise it gets, and if so game of the year or whatever, well done i say! Although after all those feathers, couldnt care about using the Auditore cape :( If only one could replay the actual game missions! Bloody UBI, always weird decisions

After a few days of play on Assassin's Creed 2, I can honestly say that I'm getting extremely frustrated with the free running system. The "free running" gets so clumsy, unpredictable, and buggy at times that it's just laughable, and I think it's gotten a lot worse when compared to the first game. I can't count the number of times that I've jumped off a ledge, while aiming for a wall in front of me, only to have Ezio fall to his doom. And when I repeat the same process the second time, it works perfectly. Also, time trials, and free running are a big no-no.

The climb controls for Uncharted 2 were so simple (and not frustrating), compared to this game.

^^^Totally agree with you. I like the free running system, but when I mess it up I'm always shaking my head with it because most of the time its from the crazy camera controls. They should've implemented a camera lock while doing the freerunning on the buildings and such.

I can see what you mean, but imagine the alternative. Imagine trying to jump off of a rooftop and land on a tiny post or fence without the freerun's pathfinding AI.

It might be a bit finnicky, but for the most part I managed to modify my playstyle to accomodate it. Worked fine for me.

Got my 1000 gamerscore two weekends ago. Probably the most fun I've had playing a game all year. I actually preferred it to Uncharted 2, which I finished the week before.

I still believe that the free running could use some improvement in this game (hopefully, it'll be more intuitive in Assassin's Creed 3), however, Assassin's Creed 2 is turning out to be one of the best games that I ever played! This is how the first Assassin's Creed should have been.

Is there not just one Altair outfit which includes the Da Vinci armour/armor?

Btw can you acquire throwing knives for Ezio's shoulder?

There is also Atlairs outift from AC1 which you can get from Uplay's beta while in the games main menu

you can get an AC2 theme, additional throwing knives, Altaris outfit and a Uplay Exclusive map

Also, you can get an upgrade to add throwing knife sheaths to Ezio's waistline belt but not his shoulder.
