PayPal can force all the refunds and close their account in case of illegal trades if Ubi will ask PP for this.

Well, I am not ordering then. It stinks to hear that they aren't licensed by Ubisoft.

I can not support them now that I know they are unlicensed.
I am instead going to save all the money and apply it to the Iminime Cowboy.

rainman , kato, iminime and some others seller have sold unlincesed products...and their prices were and are until now outrageous..
and I never heard here , I won't buy a figure from k, r,i because is a not lincesed figure....
this company has prices very cheap for what they offer...
In my opinion the head is too bright and the clothes are too tick...but is a nice figure at all... for the most the price is absolutely cheap
so stop please with all this ipocrisy..

and this is not correct because there are a lot of unlicensed products sold here from other sellers that gain millions of $ for that...
I really don't care about the ubisoft logo... but I swear in my own life, if this company will close due copyright infrangement..
I will inform all the present company brands of movies,televison,music of the custom/bootleg figure sold here...like the di*k head juan did..with singapore ubisoft..

Me personally have nothing against unlicensed products. I'm happy with my ArtFigures Punisher. I'm in love with Iminime Ra's al Ghul. Never gonna sell my custom Dexter. And there is nothing bad in it: small batches, reasonable prices, no proper attention from the serious manufactures for those characters.

But Fire Figures really crossed the line with their conceit and cheek.
Anyway, I'd be happy to get this set with wings to customize it. But really don't won't to get it without. Too expensive and unreliable deal.

For everyone posting this company as a scam, we would like to clarify that if we wanted a scam, we didnt need to show several of our figures. We have spent days and nights on research and development and bringing out the best in Market. If we wanted a scam, we could have done it long time ago, we didnt need to wait and face critisicm on timings if it all has to be around Scam. No doubt we are a new entrant in the market but that doesnt portray us to be a scam... I hope people will start believing once the orders start dispatching and are being received to them. I hope this clarifies many misunderstandings... For people complaining us not replying, we are receiving hundreds and hundreds of queries on daily basis ... on mails and on facebook due to which it is quite hard for us to reply all. But the workforce has increased now and I hope all of your concerns will be removed...

No I own unlicensed figures. My problem is them openly selling this as Ezio from Assassins Creed instead of "Italian Assassin" for example or something similar. Calling this figure Ezio and promoting it as an Assassins Creed figure is just asking for Ubisoft to sue you and shut you down, if they get sued I doubt there will be a company left to sell any further figures.

If you're going to try and sell a mass produced unlicensed figure you need to be smart about it and not put a huge red dot on your back and waggle your butt in front of the Ubisoft bull..... so to speak

I personally, don't have an issue with people making and trying to sell custom figures. Heck, one day I would like to see if I could make and sell a custom figure too.

But when I read the conversion that someone had posted with Ubisoft, I just figured the figure was now doomed. I do think they should change the name of the figure like everyone has suggested. Since it is unlicensed, it doesn't give them the right to use someone else's brand name.

I should of explained myself further from my earlier post, but I chose to make it short and sweet. Anyway, that's all I meant to say from the beginning.

I still really want Ezio, Altair, and Connor licensed or not. It's not like anyone else(HT,Medi, Enterbay) are doing anything with this. And HT supposedly has the license. How many of us are waiting on reveals and releases from them, that they teased and nver delivered on. My hesitation is based on the newness of the company. But then HT was a new company once. I may give these guys a chance, after I see some in hand pics.
