How blatant can the ignorance be when the terminator asked twice when chris was online for a refund and he did not reply but managed to defend himself to the hilt!!!

I think the big issue is that there was little to no response from the sculptor and that there are several people who are waiting for their product.

I think the sculpter should just take a photo of whatever he has to calm the masses. I don't think people would really care on the progression of the work in progress sculpt if they actually see any progress.

Really man. Not trying to dig at you, but try to see it from my side of the equation for one minute. I paid for the head two and a half months ago. He says they are shipping but my name is not on his shipping list. I can't get an email to him, can't get a PM to him, can't get him to reply to my message on the board, don't have his phone number. I guess I could write him a letter?

I'm really not trying to make this personal with you man, but when you're calling someone a liar, that you're gonna sue his ass, etc, etc, realize that you are making it personal.

I'm not out to hate on anyone.

He lied about his business. I will sue him if I have to go that far (which I don't think will ever happen) over business.

This is all about business, not personal. I am not calling him names, or making personal attacks.

Once again, it seems a lot of people don't fully understand what these custom projects involve. This is not a business.

Yeah, enough with the personal digs. I don't harbor ill will towards any of you, not even Chris. I just want him to do the right thing and I think this thread will help. Please don't get it closed down.

I realize I am on the low end of the spectrum as far as wait times are concerned. I have only been waiting since January. But again, this is not about wait time. I don't mind waiting.

I want updates. I want the House head to ship sometime before the end of June if possible. I want Chris to get a working email address, or start a "Chris Howes backlog thread" on this forum. I just want the stuff I paid for, and I believe it may come, but until it does communication is key. Chris has frustrated me very much, but I will support him if he makes the right decisions.
