I cannot wait to see Ultron go up against Hulk. According to Wikipedia Comic Ultron posses superhuman levels of strength, speed, superhuman levels of strength, speed, stamina, durability, and reflexes

I get that Marvel tones down the powers for the movies, like Thor for example, but I hope thats not the case for Ultron. It just makes him a bigger challenge for the Avengers and the thought of seeing him throw Hulk around like a ragdoll is very exciting

I doubt we'll see that. They'll save that for Thanos, imo. He's the one who will own Hulk...well, all of them :lol

Yup.

I might be the only one, but I want Thor to step it up. I want a God of Thunder style Thor.

Thor should be able to hold together exploding moons with his bare hands, he's definitely nerfed in the MCU, well, they all are, which is lame.

But they can always pull the "I was holding back" line, I wouldn't be mad.

Thor is criminally under powered in the Marvel Movie universe.
Watching Thors fight scenes in T2 Dark World made my eyes roll so far back I saw my brain.

It's essentially the same as the comicbook one, no?

Nope.
Original, while oldschool, still holds up very well. They could just slightly upgrade it with details.
Bowen and Sideshow did some cool statues back there (Sideshow kinda played with some parts):

AoU design is pretty much ironmaned marines of "Star Craft II".
The head is especially meh looking.

Not at all, SC marines look more like the original HB than the AoU design.

And if you think that's because of low poly count.

Rounder silhouette and smoother surface, look at the curve of the shin, arms, exhausts on the back and head, they're very similar to the original HB design, as opposed to the square, blocky and segmented design of AoU HB.

The feet are similar to AoU design though and maybe the broad shoulders a teeny tiny bit.

Yet all the essential elements are there, that's why I said essentially the same.

I don't know about the head, I like both versions, but there's something about the AoU that looks more menacing, maybe the fact that it doesn't have a mouth, I guess it could be a bit flatter though.

:exactly:

Thats sucks big time

Kind of looks like a HB prototype, the proportions look almost the same

Aw ****, I looked at too many pics for too long, it all looks the same to me right now, eye fatigue, I'll tell you tomorrow :lol

AoU still looks too square and segmented to resemble the SC Marine to me, it has similarities to both HB versions but it shares more with the original design imo.

He definitely needs to step things up... and so does Mjolnir(no equal my *** :ohbfrank:)
hahah I know right? Seems like Hulk has a better chance against Thor...which is really ****ed up.

Also I guess Vibranium shields are stronger than Mjolnir? What next, Mickey can stop .50 cal rounds with his nunchucks?

At first I didn't mind, but after reading more into Thor, this is seriously an injustice. Dude should be way more stronger than that!

:lol

The fight wasn't too bad, I get what they did with the giant golem, but he should be doing that on the regular. I hope to see him call some thunder in AoU.

well hopefully MCU does away with Jane Foster. That would help a lot.

I don't think Foster is a problem, but I think if she ends up getting killed or something, we'll get something in return for Thor. My issue now, is how Portman was being a ***** during the production of TDW, so I can go without her now.
