the only way anyone should watch this movie again is the director's cut on blu ray

anything else than that is silly (unless you really really love the movie)

Two theaters by me show any movie for only $5 every Monday and Tuesday! It's great!

My theatre does 5 dollar films before 2 p.m

God, the easily the best for me. Gonna see their IMAX 3D showing next week for 7.50! :rock

Love this movie. Would've preferred a corset wearing Olsen. :naughty

Avengers - 9 times

TFA - 6 timeS

The Dark Knight - 7 times

Next week I will have seen AOU 5 times.

So, have we set on which Quick Silver is better? I'm thinking Fox-men's QS by a landslide.

x men's quicksilver was awesome,
this quicksilver was annoying as hell, the accent was awful and the guy is just not a very good actor.

Nah. I'd personally say he was more humorous, but not to the scale of emotional and slightly more story oriented of AoU.
More humorous, better look, better personality, better superspeed FX.

IMO both were equally important to their respective plots though.

Plus, AOU QS accent sounded exaggerated to me, maybe Riddick can tell me if it was a good fake accent or not.

Yes, DOFP is much better, and I can't wait to see his 80's costume. He stole every scene he was in, and had the best scene in the film too.
Absolutely, not only the best scene, but the best representation of superspeed, period.

Ah, so I was not the only one who thought so.

I say TDK i'm up to about 20, Avengers 25, TWS 15, LOTR EE 5 each, then Star Wars, Empire, Jedi, Raiders, STM, Batman 89, Aliens, Conan, Predator, Terminator 1/2, Die Hard, Exorcist, Friday the 13th 1, Halloween 1, Day of the Dead, The Thing, Road Warrior, Blade 1, Smokey and the Bandit 1 I have lost count. :lol

An 80" TV will do that. :lol

I know you guys are going to think it's just a bias here, but how can anyone think AOU Quicksilver was better than the X-Men version? He barely spoke the entire movie. I had high hopes after hearing his "you didn't see that coming" line in the trailers, I thought he was going to be a cool cocky character strutting around saying cool one liners but we definitely didn't get that in this movie, unfortunately he was as silent as Mad Max and caressing his sister the entire movie until he eventually got shot.

Punching Captain America was the only cool thing he did.

I guess it depends on interpretation.

I always preferred the angry Pietro, so this was better for me.

I like the fact that his superspeed wasn't everything. It makes it more emotional.

FX, maybe. I liked this one, especially the scene where he took out like 12 Ultron bots.

Also a question: what is the significance of the number 12 and these films. Pietro said he was 12 mins older. Star Lord and his plan, and a few others.

I guess saving a kid isn't cool anymore post MOS, is that it. :lol

So saving a villain is better, then having such a cool character be removed from the story for no reason other than not to make things easier in the plot when super speed would've easily solved everyones problem.

Yeah, he's so much better that they left him home. :lol

Dumb.

I liked DOFP, i'm excited for the extended cut, hopefully it amps up the action which it sorely needs.

But c'mon now. :lol

:lecture

At least the fact that bullets and his attention can immediately alter a situation. People know I love the Flash show, but it pisses me off that he gets caught off guard for dumb things but can stop others.

Same for DoFP, had they utilized him more than the Pentagon, **** would have been over quick. It was wolverines plan, why not keep using him?

Yeah, he didn't have the lines but he was still fun and great. The bullet graze, the AK in the PD, the attempt at Mjolnir. It was great for me.

Yes, we are all very surprised that GasparZizou, crows and the Clown Prince of Crime hated this version of Quicksilver. Next you're going to tell me that Pturtle also liked the DOFP version better. :ohbfrank:

LOL, there it is.

Jye, he wasn't taken out of the movie for no reason, somebody had to drive their rental back :lol

As for AOU QS, everyone in that movie was saving people, there was nothing special about that, X-Men QS actually saved the guards, otherwise Magneto would have killed all of them which is what Charles was trying to prevents, so he actually saved people too.

This would have killed Ultron for me. It looks like Gort from "The Day the Earth Stood Still"
