Yeah, looks like street clothes for her. That sucks. I was hoping she'd get her head wear crown thingy at least. :lol

Same, I didn't figure they'd do the whole outfit, but the headpiece would be nice to see.

Well it's not like Marvel Studios has a great track record when it comes to characters' comic-inspired headwear. I don't mind, I can't even imagine Hawkeye and SW wearing those things on their heads, would look pretty ridiculous.

I think they could have pulled off the one head thingy for SW.

They'd look fine and if introduced like that people wouldn't think twice. Spiderman is one of the most outlandish costumed characters and hes beloved for it.

It would need to be made more subtle, like a smaller tiara-sized headpiece for SW for example. I don't see them adopting the Hawkeye headpiece ever, for SW maybe for a future movie they'd incorporate some elements of her headpiece.

Also the Spider-Man outfit is iconic and no way around it, same reason why Cap has his costume even though it's outlandish. If we're talking Spider-Man, ASM2 didn't stick with Electro's comic look... just sayin.

It could be as tall as a conehead. The other characters are "iconic" because their looks have been used repeatedly and people are used to it. they are now establishing these characters for the majority of movie fans. If for the last 4 decades every Spidey cartoon and movie "toned down" his look and made it bland, you'd be telling everyone how a comic accurate Spiderman suit would never work. :lol

Matter of personal taste then. I'm in the camp that doesn't like Cap's Avengers outfit, that should tell you plenty. The risk you run with staying too true to the comic look is that it looks like a cheap cosplay, IMO.

That's a bulky Ultron. Guessing they will make him fairly tall as well. If he's going to be constantly changing, HT is going to **** themselves and make every form

I hope they do, as much as I like Avengers, the one thing that lacked for me was a great villain. The chitauri just didn't do it for me and there won't be any on my shelves.

The Chitauri were the cannon fodder. Loki was the villain really.

Whether fodder or not, they just aren't something that interested me. They could have used Skrulls in the exact same manner and I would have jumped on them in an instant. If Ultron does change forms in the movie and HT makes mutiples, its just more of a chance to get a version I want.

I agree. I'm thinking he takes the same evolution that the Marks did: start out bulky then refine himself into a more efficient form (more slim and equally deadly). He most likely starts out as he did in the comics looking like an artificial tree stump, then changing form into the basic Ultron. Would love to own the phase 3 Ultron form! Can't wait until Hot Toys gets a change to work on that.

:lol :lol :lol

Owners of the HT Avengers Hawkeye should be happy, looks like he's sticking with the same costume.

Many will be pissed, realizing their figure's value will be a fraction of what it currently is in a few months.

Preach on.

Avengers Cap was anything but true to the comics, which is a big part of the problem. You have a reasonably well known comic look option, and you have a "gritty, realistic" alternative option. Marvel tried to straddle that line in Avengers, and failed, as they often do when they attempt that (also see: X1-X3 Wolverines). On the other hand, I think it worked out great in First Avenger.

I'm glad Quicksilver has the white/silver hair... not so sure about that facial hair though, and thank god they got rid of that ugly plaid coat/shirt tied around Scarlet Witch's waist in the concept art :lol

Looking at the SW concept art again, I prefer what they are using in the movie to it.

In the concept art she had a white dress, a plaid shirt tied around her waist, gloved hands and stockings. In the filming photos she has a black dress, thigh highs, un-gloved hands and no plaid shirt.

Hopefully Pietro will get a shave and a haircut at the SHIELD barber shop as well as new threads when they get state side.
