I'm guessing for Ultron's upper body they'll be using a practical suit, CGI for the legs. Same FX they've been using for IM2 and 3.

I think someone (Whedon?) did say Ultron will have different looks throughout the film. Better believe they'll milk the toy cow until it's dry!
