The real tragedy of Hulk is the fact that the damage was done to him in the two biggest films ever. How does one overcome such irreparable damage to one's reputation and image. Even if they make a new Hulk film and he's an unstoppable monster, that film will never reach the same level of people of IW/ED. A generation will remember Hulk as the foolish coward that thought he could beat Thanos, only to be embarrassed, and retreat in fear forever. People will think of him as the guy who was one shot by the bald ancient lady. What's so incredible about him? He now wears glasses and looks like a hipster dork. I see those everyday. He ain't even the only green person anymore in the MCU, and certainly not the strongest there is anymore. "We have a Hulk" meant something. It meant infinite power and an unstoppable force. Now, in the biggest film ever, it just means an infinite amount of tacos from a green guy that acts like Rex from Toy Story. Even Hopeman and the embarrassing treatment of Batflleck in JL aren't as bad because that film bombed. Hulk will forever be a joke in the biggest movie franchise ever and the biggest film in movie history.

:lol :lol :lol

20 years from now when today's kids are grown up and making movies based off of what inspired them as children the MCU will be fully rebooted with a new Hulk and the tagline "Every generation has a coward..."

Whatever it takes.

People are saying that at every corporate office I go to and in that same context.

Hell I even hear people saying “But not us” lol

At every "corporate office?" You mean at every GameStop? :lol Nobody says that sh**.

It's happening again.

I'm feeling the urge.

I have to wait till late September for my copy of Endgame 3D. I fully plan on buying a 4K copy, but I want to wait for black Friday. But now I so desperately want to watch it.

It's not even about the money, at least not totally. Why am I having such a hard time?

Saw a sale, and im so close to buckling.

Not only am I not waiting for black friday I paid for the steelbook 3 months ago lol

The 3D is a sept release which is fine because it will be a new experience a month later.

There are plenty of movies on my list for black friday but EG is a day one disc purchase as is GKOTM and Shadow which are my other august purchases.

For example 4K Thor 1, Thor 2, Thor 3, IM 2, IM 3 all will be black friday purchases.

I prepaid for endgame steelbook for $16 after some coupons I had earned from Best buy. Couldn't pass it up and can't wait for Tuesday. If they do a 4K boxset with a lot of extra material that is hinted at I will bite as long as it doesn't cost both kidneys.

And by Black Friday the Infinity box set will probably have been announced so you might then just wait for that.

If the box set has all the proper ratios and 3D versions included the right thing for Disney to do would be to give upgrade credit or discounts for those that have previous versions.

Will they do that, nope!

That would be quite the box set though.

I would be super happy and super pissed off at the same time lol

I'll be fine double-dipping EG and IW if the box set includes the IMAX ratios. But if its just a fancy box that simply recycles all the discs they've already released then I'll pass and just buy the remaining individual steelbooks.

Feige has said they have a lot of stuff to put in special features. Hopefully proper aspect ratios is one of them. I would buy a box set if that is one of the features. The 4K versions with proper aspect would make as happy as theatrical star wars in 4K.

They better get creative with that 23 movie boxset. What's the best movie boxset that's been made? I remember seeing a really good Indiana Jones one a few years ago. It had a lot of stuff. Some tv shows had some great ones too. There was a grenade shaped box set too, bot can't remember from which franchise.

I don't like packages that are in the shape of some gaudy item that I have to disassemble just to take out a single disc. I prefer a clean rectangle box that can easily display on a shelf.

If they go with a simple box design, they better include the 6 infinity stones, some exclusive character art, character profile "shield documents," character trinkets from different films or something. How do you make a 23 film boxset and just include movies? That'd be lame.

The Indy one had photos, maps, exclusive art, and even some kind of journal book thing with Indy's writings and pictures.

Bond did 23 movies... a book... no frills.

All that junk that came with Indy is mostly worthless. Maybe if you bury it in the sand for 1,000 years even it could be worth something.

Maybe Disney should do one Disney box set of all the movies it has ever made or controls. A super-box set of everything you have ever loved in one massive crate -- hundreds, maybe thousands of films...

... but still no sign of Song of the South.
