Avengers - The Infinity War a.k.a The Hot Toys Reckoning

...BW to me is logical if someone is on the run, red hair tends to be noticed vs. blonde or brunette. Plus looks like her costume has had some real changes.

To me, her costume this time around is the exact opposite of her costume in AOU. Not flashy or fancy in any way. Extremely low key, with no sign of the Widow symbol. A more tactical look than ever before. All of that plus the blonde hair just screams “This is not the Black Widow you are looking for.” Can’t wait to see her in action!

None of the other ones really appeal to me, maybe except for IM? The Black Order? Maybe Thanos with the completed gauntlet?

Speaking of bearded Cap, is it me or are the leads no longer interested in dressing up for their parts? Evans almost always has a beard, so Cap has a beard. Hemsworth doesn’t want to wear a wig, so Thor now has short hair...ScarJo doesn’t want to wear a wig either, so Widow is now blonde. Well, RDJ is always RDJ except for the Tony facial hair...

To be fair Black Widow spent a long time blonde in the 90's/2000's. Thor has had short hair as unworthy, Cap has spent a short period with a bear or "scruff" so it's all fairly canon..... Sorry, I'm not helping.

There's no way they're going to make everybody, no matter how much we want them. My only hope is that they make some or all of the black order. All of those would make amazing figures.

I'm pretty confident they'll make any Avengers that appear and I also agree and would like to see ALL of the Black Order made and possibly a final new look for Thanos, maybe going back to a similar look to the Avengers Thanos, more comic like that way

Yeah, Im not sure why its considered "uninterested". Its canon based on recent comics and recent MCU developments.

Hemsworth far as I know is the only one who's really managed to wriggle out of an unwanted costume look the big baby. And with that many characters IMO everyone can't be spending that much time IN costume, so for this last hurrah IMO the actors should look the way the Russos want them to look to serve the story arcs.

IMO if you are on the run, hair/facial hair is easy thing to change.

If I were to get an MCU Thanos, I think the GotG figure with a parted-out gauntlet from IW would be ideal.

I'm not a huge fan of the new design either.

I have this notion - I could be wrong - that what we've seen of Thanos is a smokescreen, and he'll look more like himself for at least part of the movie. Enough that I would HOPE HT would make that version, or give us the parts to make both versions (Meaning: He has a removable jacket and helmet).

As far as the ideal, it depends on what HT does this time around. I hate the fact that the original release was all plastic with no cloth. If they release a new version with cloth, my ideal might be the IW version with a GotG headsculpt (so at least he has his helmet).

It's cause he feels like he doesn't need armor anymore when he finally gets some of the Infinity Gems in the gauntlet. It's kinda like Doctor Manhattan, did he need clothes? No, **** you, i'm the most powerful dude in the universe, I don't need clothes. But yeah, as much as I love classic Thanos with the armor, I get why they're doing what they're doing.
