Might be the first MCU movie that I don't pick up a figure from. I don't like any of the figure designs I've seen so far (or at least don't like that more than other versions I already have). Was initially saving up to get maybe 3-4 figures from this movie (Iron Man, War Machine, Thor, and maybe Thanos). Thinking of putting those funds towards the Thanos on Throne Maquette now as the design really caught my eye.
I probably answered this already, but for now, having seen everything we have, it's really dependent on who comes out and how much I like the film.

I doubt we'll see them all, but I'm holding out hope for Gamora especially (I'm happy with my GotG Drax and GotG2 Starlord and Rocket).
*IF* what we've heard is true about her in the film, I'd expect they'd have to release her.

I have a feeling that we'll eventually (maybe by GotG3?) see a "won't change with every film" version of Groot. And in theory, I'm quite happy with baby Groot representing him on the shelf. But if Teen Groot is cool enough in the film...maybe.
As far as Thanos, I want a representation of him from his "final battle" at the end of his arc. But until I see the film, I don't know if this is it or not. With all the time bending in the next one, will that come with a Thanos variant? And one that looks closer to his "standard" look? Or will his armor actually show up in this one, as we've seen in some promo stuff/figures/LEGOs? I might end up waiting for that one, depending...
No interest in Iron Spidey (I'd rather have him in his iconic look), Butterfly Iron-Man, Grungy Cap, Black Ops Thor or Blonde Widow.
Personally, I'm much more interested in the potential Avengers 1-era upgrades/redos we might see with the next film. I still feel like that was the pinnacle of the MCU.

I do love how Thor looks but I really don't have the room for everyone and since I've so far passed on the Thor franchise (except for Hela but that's coz it's Hela), I guess I'll not get him. I need to concentrate on the characters I really love.
I think the characters just got more depressed as the MCU went on. Once the 10 years of waiting to defeat Thanos arrives and ends maybe everyone will go back to wearing happy bright colours in retirement.

Not sure how true it is that they all got darker. Cap got darker. Black widow went from black to black and green. Hawkeye went from black and purple to black and blue to what’re it is now. Iron man went from red and gold to red and gold. War machine went from black to black and camo. Thor went from silver and black and red to blue and black and red. They added vision who’s just like a clown threw up. Scarlet witch is still red and black. Starlord, red and black. Gamora is about the same. Groot, Rocket, Drax, nebula all about the same. Spider-Man has more color. Black panther added purple. They have not gotten rid of color, with the exception of Cap really. And that’s offset with the addition of vision and Spider-Man and Captain Marvel.

With Deadpool 2 and Ant-man and the Wasp coming out too there are just too many figures to get.
Eh, I would definitely be curious to see an updated Thor and BW from the first Avengers (since the first versions were so lacking), but I can't say they're really my favorite looks for them. And I far prefer Cap and Thor's costumes from the later movies.
