Horrible customer service! Never gets back to customer when they have an issue. Better off paying a little more and going through a reputable company like Sideshow as I had to in order to get what I wanted.
 
Yea, you may want to elaborate more. Q is a well trusted seller here, I have done many deals without any issues at all.

Huh? I never dealt with you on here before. So I have no idea what your talking about. I have 94 positive feedbacks on here with the new feedback method and over 100 with the old one. So not sure where this is coming from.

Not that he isn't trust worthy. I ordered a Hot Toys Indiana Jones for my younger brother and it was never delivered. I never accused him of anything, but when I contacted him for help with UPS since he was the shipper, he didn't answer me for days, at one point was hesitant to help. I had to file the case even though UPS said the shipped should since they would be dealing with the shipper. UPS then talked to him and sent him claim papers so they can figure value for reimbursement on the 18th of November. I let a week go by without contact. I EMAILED HIM A DAY OR TWO A GO AND NOTHING. I called UPS today and they told me he never returned the forms that he had gotten on the 18th. I then call his business number and nothing. If this isn't bad service then tell me what is? I even had to go and purchase another two Indy's from Sideshow. I was going to keep two, but my younger brother was upset so I gave him one of mine. NOW, I am facing some difficult health problems, and have to sell my only Indy just to cover bills since I over extended myself purchasing these figures. This case has been open since early November. It has been practically a month in a couple of days. UPS cases should be closed in 10 days. That is what they told me. Now I will be out of all My Indiana Jones figures just so I can pay the bill, when UPS' insurance covers lost parcel. All he had to do was fill out the paperwork. I wasn't asking him to reimburse me, since I know it was lost or taken while in transit. I just needed his help in getting that straightened out so UPS can do their part to find or repay the cost of the item. That is what customer service consists of.

Customer asked for the tracking number so they knew when to expect it, I emailed them the tracking number. Package was delivered and customer claims he never received it. So I am waiting for UPS to complete their investigation. This is the only thing I have going on right now but not sure if this is the same person....

I mailed the item, item was delivered, UPS Claim Filed, so I am not sure why I have bad customer service...

I haven't dealt with you on here, but I have through your site. I just feel avoided. I am very ill, and the stresses of finances get to me. If this was resolved I would have no financial issues. It is my fault for over extending myself, but I am used to things being taken care of when issues come up. Especially something as simple as this. Prices and shipping out were good, but once it left you, it was like you got what you wanted and washed your hands with the order.

Bad customer service because, even if UPS said it was delivered, it doesn't mean it wasn't taken or delivered wrong. I understand people make mistakes. Not saying it was you. The bad service comes in when you do not show interest in helping a customer locate or fix a problem with the shipping company. You don't return emails or calls. I understand things like these must be annoying, but it is part of business. Ups told me today they gave you papers to return on the 18th and you have not done that. I am just frustrated with the whole issue. I hope u understand. You did sell at a good price and you did ship out as promised and I will give you that, but customer service doesn't end there.
 
I filed the claim. Did they give you paperwork to fill out like they said? If you did, then I apologize. But then you need to call Mary and let her know you did, cause she said you haven't.
 
If there is an issue with UPS and an investigation is underway, why would you require phone calls and emails from the Seller?

Q was super cool and extremely patient with me when I had an issue with something I sold him.

I hope this works out for both parties.

Because UPS actually has to deal without the shipper, so I contact him for updates, but when I hear nothing back, I try to contact UPS to see what they can tell me. All they can tell me if the case is open, or in this case still waiting o1"1n the seller as they claim. Ups said investigations typically take 7-10 days. We are past that, and only waiting on him. I got nothing out of this deal and my money is gone and I am the one waiting. I wish you guys could understand my frustration

I get it, but the title of your thread is pretty inflammatory for something that hasn't been resolved. That's fair to say, right?

I'm not trying to be a douche, just genuinely curious, has UPS said what they are waiting for from the Seller?

Like I said, I hope it works out. I've been in your spot. Stuck waiting it out and powerless over the outcome SUCKS. Especially when you're excited to get something on top of everything else. :peace
 
wow...I was looking at Q's website..and now there is more people complain...
