Im getting tired of going back & forth.... The buyer requested tracking number so they would be home to expect the package. I sent the buyer an email with the tracking number. Item was delivered! The best part of UPS Tracking, it shows when the item is scheduled to be delivered and an approximate time is given. Im not sure what I did wrong, was I suppose to hand deliver the package????
Am I suppose to hold a gun to the UPS person handling the claim?
There is bad dealers and also BAD CUSTOMERS!
I am tired of defending myself on here, luckily there is other dealers that sell the same products I do. You are not forced to buy anything from me..... But if you do, I will do my best to take care of the customer (which I have done with 100+ transactions on here)
UPS only deals with the sender in matters regarding claims and your buyer is saying he didn't receive the package. You're telling me you couldn't be bothered to deal with the claim and update the customer on what's going on, even if it's just, "Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything..." to put his mind at ease?
To be honest, Raymond Ferraro, The_One, fear 666 xxx, pixletwin, and jstep13 arent loyal customers. We havent had a transaction together, they are just seeing it from a different perspective than yours....
But it is my perspective! And I have a right to exploit it! If I were to name my post "I will never buy from Q again" I would get the same responses. As far as those responses from those member go, that's fine. They said their part, as others did who also see from my perspective! Like I said, I will call UPS again before the 3pm (central time) and see if anything has changed. Funny thing is, I am only getting responses on here from you. Even after the thread started, I thought you would have at least emailed me since I know you wouldn't call me. If you filled out the paperwork THEY SAID they gave you then all is good, but they are saying otherwise.
I have told him via email that the UPS claim has been filed on my end and they are investigating. I would let HIM KNOW ONCE I HEAR FROM THEM! I havent heard anything yet.... Thats what I meant when I said, should I hold a gun to the person handling the claim and tell them to hurry because the buyer wants it done NOW?
