I'm a foodie and will eat almost anything, but thats borderline gross. Globs of cheese inside is what bugged me.

Gave up bacon about a year ago.I do miss it so.(i should say i gave it up while sober, cause after some drinks i'll kill for a BLT)
On the subject of offering dogs beggin strips instead of bacon. If a dog's sense of smell is 25 times better than ours which is linked to the sense of taste and they can't tell its not bacon why am I not f'n eating beggin strips then?
Well, first, I don't know that I would say their sense of smell is "better", just "different" and more sensitive. When you walk into a kitchen with a pot of something bubbling away on the stove, you might brethe in and think, "mmmm, beef stew!". A dog will walk into the same kitchen (well, actually, any room in the house where the stew is cooking), and think (int dog-ese, of course ), "beef... potatoes... celery... onions... carrots... wheat... black pepper..." and so on. Personally, I enjoy being able to smell the whole concoction, rather than just the ingredients. On the subject of offering dogs beggin strips instead of bacon. When a dog smells a beggin strip, the treat most likely doesn't smell like bacon to it. But that doesn't mean that the dog won't like it. The whole "beggin strip" appearance, packaging and marketing are all for our benefit, not the dog's.
Man, that Peppers and Smoke "burger" is beyond gross. It's just plain stupid. I can't understand why anyone, knowing what we know today, would even consider putting something like that into their body.
I think this is the first time I have ever been taken that serious. LOL

(pepperoni is probably just as good as bacon also).
