eKnight Media took orders for about 140, but will only be allocated around 50. Once they send out PayPal invoices for payment when the item arrives, they will fill orders based on who pays first. Anyone who placed an order for more than 1, will be limited to only 1 unit. They won’t take payment now to secure orders.

Someone who says they are familiar with their actual process says it will play out as follows:

No, that’s not how they do business and they aren’t going send out 140+ invoices all at once to all orders received, and then tracked who paid first. They will still used their first come first serve policy, and will invoice the orders that came in first. If any of those orders get cancel or not paid after a certain Days, they will then invoice the next in line. They aren’t going to collect all monies, and try to track who paid first and deal will PayPal refunds etc... I’ve purchase from them before. So I know their process.

thats a sh!!!tty way of doing business from eKnight, 1st they listed 3 limited per customer then changed it to only 1 unit when orders rolled in more then what they can fill. Now a lot of people that per-ordered might not even get one. On top of all that... now customers have to wait till September and hope they get an invoice from eKnight.

It looks like it lasted about 30 minutes before being sold out again. I wonder how many more times it will be available before August?

Looks like BBTS had it up for about 30 minutes. Most of the other POs that have gone up (that I am aware of) sold out in less than 5-10 minutes. I know this is a popular figure and I was definitely expecting it to be highly sought after, but I'm still a bit surprised to see it selling out THIS fast. I don't know if this is a case of Bandai not producing enough to fill demand or speculators buying up everything in hopes of flipping them for profit; maybe a bit of both. In any event I'm just happy to have been lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time to catch NAZGUL-KING's post.

Pre Order Opened up this morning around 10:15am EST at Big Bad Toy Store. As soon as my order was placed, it went out of stock... In my case, I use Chrome as my internet browser and set the following pages as my home page. I’m pretty sure the Kirin Hobby link is for the first issue. That’s the price I paid when I purchased from them.
