is there a way to get folds out of posters , that always irritates me.
I got an awesome bond poster in a magazine with massive folds in it ! Drove me mad ! .

There is a process called lamination that can remove the folds I believe.

Thanks Agen but we really need more of your photos. As you can see, I suck at photography, just trying to keep the thread rolling on this spectacular figure! I keep futzing with him, trying to find that perfect pose. Guess that's half the fun. Can't wait for Joe to ship TDK Bats to go with these guys.

@darren1228, lamination doesn't exactly remove the folds, the process simply conceals them, but if you look closely, you'll still be able to see the folds. But I guess it is the best solution here. Well, that and ironing the poster. If you opt for the second one, though, you need to have a cloth to cover the poster's surface, so that the hot iron doesn't make direct contact with the poster. Because some posters have been laminated (with very thin, lower grade film/plastic), if it comes into contact with something as hot as an iron, it might get burnt.

Nice pics. I CANNOT wait to get this. I've canceled everything at SSC even the Hot Toys Iron Man figures but I kept this because I loved the film too damn much. Not too mention Heath Ledger's performance was just too damn amazing.

My girlfriend got him for me (she loves heath ledger also, that helped). She got it from Golden.toys on ebay. I was nervous cuz the feedback was so low but it came like a week later. So unfortunately, no brick & mortar shop near me carries Hot Toys (nor DC Direct 13" for that matter). Where in MN you from? I'm in St. Cloud.

If you're talking about laminating with that machine (I had two, one full size one and one that was card size) then not really like yongkykun explained. Also if you're not careful laminating it can actually RUIN the pic because the paper can actually fold over and crumple where the creases are and/or the color layer can peel off from the heating process leaving the plain white paper exposed.
