I have to add my voice to the chorus of love for this new figure. The "do-over" headsculpt is frakking insane! Wow. Just wow. Is it possible to have a toy crush? Once that head is on my current Hot Toys Joker, I'm not sure if another 1:6 figure will ever top it (maybe Iron Man). I'm surprised and pleased at how cool the slicked-back hair sculpt is as well. After seeing the first magazine scans, I just planned on putting the clown mask over his head. Now that I've seen all the new detail shots, he'll be holding his mask instead, fully displaying that creepy grin.

Now the question is: what do I do with my Joker V1 head? Pencil topper? Antenna ball?

This is stunning. I was only planning on getting the TDK Batman figure as I didn't like the V1 Joker sculpt. But this is just something else, gonna have to get both Jokers now as I want both on display with these new sculpts. Whether it was on purpose or not (sure it was), HT definitely got me

Had a play with a couple of pics in photoshop, this has gotta be one of the best head sculpts out there. I'm liking the way one has the more messed up face paint too, and ones clean.

For the completist this a must have...for those of us with a budget, the V1 is the iconic Joker.

I disagree. For TDK, Heath Ledger is much more important to the character's "icon-ness" than the purple suit.

And the new figure is all Ledger.

Yeah, that's definitely an option. Maybe I'll just print out a picture of the new sculpt and tape it onto the resulting headless Joker until my bank robber version ships. Speaking of swapping heads, any Photoshop masters out there want to give us an idea of what the new head will look like on the V1 body?
