Something need to change on payment as I am just aware there are only 21 working days for authorising credit card which means I can not take the money from cards after this period. Damn.......

Any suggestions for it as I don't store card details on my site.

So after 21 days you can't take the money on the pre-orders we've placed? That sucks! Hope you can think of a new way because i don't want to lose my orders.

How about letting people pay a deposit on the items and when you know you're getting the items in, you send us an invoice to pay?

It fine, your orders are very safe

As it's for security reason, after 21 days the authorise goes expired if I don't capture it. Called worldpay this afternoon and they said they can't do anything.

Now I think to change all the orders paid (just authorised, no payment be taken indeed) with credit card to Flexpay and no need to pay 5% deposit. This is the best way I can find.

For new orders, credit card payment only for instock items and pre-orders if you like me to take payment immediately. Otherwise it can use Flexpay for all pre-orders.

I don't wanna to force people to pay before I have their orders in stock. This is more safe both for me and customers. So using Flexpay is a best way for us. I will improve the payment system for Flexpay, so when people want to make payment, they just need to input the amount they want to pay and check out to pay with cards. The e-currency is not quite easy to use as doing caculating is annoying.

Only on request for the new one, still have 3 pieces old in stock. SS made me cry when they released the new one.
