Batman: Arkham Knight – 1/6th scale Batman Collectible Figure

This is a cool figure (love the games, played all but Origins), but not a version of Batman for me to own. I felt the same way with the TDK & TDKR outfits. Too armor like for me. I like a simpler Batman. I prefer the Arkham City we got, and the Batman Begins looks. I have both of those as my only 2 HT Batman's. Maybe one day I'll grab a Batman Returns figure, but I don't need a lot of Batman's in my collection. But it does look really good and a little jealous of all the extra bits that didn't come with AC Bats.

As for those wanting this but thinking of playing the waiting game to see in hand pics 1st, might not be the best/smartest move. With all the recent figures going to wait list much quicker I'd rethink it. With all the overproduced and overstocked HT figures, particularly from the SW TFA, many figures are still sitting in warehouses over a year later. Considering that Arkham City Batman sat around for a very loooong time too, I'm sure HT is currently making a much smaller run of this. You can always order from BBTS to avoid an NRD. Better safe than sorry.

The DX12 and DX11 went up fairly close, too. It would be nice to have every iteration of Batman with his Joker (Bale & Ledger, West & Romero, Affleck & Leto, Keaton & Nicholson, Conroy & Hamill). They're so close.

It almost seems like he's an amalgam of all of them. I have angles in the BvS suit that look just like Affleck, from the side, in the 89 cowl, he's almost a dead ringer for Keaton. It's kind of bizarre, really.

whoa out of no where considering their arkham bats didn't sell that well.

I think his face looks weird though. Although I thought that of the in-game model also.

I think the reason for it selling poorly is due to the fact it featured a rubber suit. And possibly because arkham knight was on the horizon.

Something seems weird about that photo above, maybe from all the Prime 1 AK Batman's I've seen, with that size head, I feel like the body is a bit small, or short, but that just might be me. Will wait for in-hand pics and articulation videos first I guess since it's not a must-have.

I disagree man, I think the head to body ratio is perfect in the proto. So far every collectible of AK batman looks pinheaded. Even prime 1s statue (as nice as it is) has that problem too. I'm sure it's accurate because in some promotional material of AK batman his head to body ratio is off....and other times it looks right.

I for one am glad HT are making his head larger to accommodate the larger body.

Preordered also! What a surprise this was. Didn't think HT would give us anymore Arkham figs. And while I would've loved to see the Joker they teased from 2012 finally come to fruition, as a Batman collector, this is very welcome. I'll echo others' sentiments in that I hope HT will give us some villians from the Arkham games. My number one choice would be AK Scarecrow. Such an awesome design for the creepy character I've always felt was never given his rightful due.

Would make it extremely easy to make a custom Arkham Hush if that was the case

But if this line ever takes off as one would hope, I would love to get the 3 Robins, Nightwing, Red Hood, and Robin.
