Maybe I don't have a problem with it because I kind of see it as the next evolution of a concept that was introduced in the past two games. Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, and Arkham Origins had the system where you can "upgrade" your suit. It'd be pretty cool if this was just introducing a physical component to the concept. Actually, that'd be kind of cool if you had different variations for different levels; you could play the entire game in the Asylum/City suit, but it will be a lot more difficult (as it's the least armored). Granted, I'm just thinking out loud here, but, end of the day, I like the suit, and, as someone else mentioned, I'm sure we'll get some alternate skins in this one. They need to make movie skins a thing; that's what everyone's been waiting for, and they're really all that hasn't been done, now that we saw the 66 skin in Origins.

It'd be cool if it was their Jason Todd, but I even got to thinking about an adult Damian. Batman's probably in his 40's by this game, so, if he first encountered Ra's and Talia in his twenties, it would be kind of neat to see his indiscretion come back to haunt him. It'd make sense for him to have a vendetta, too, as Ra's was his grandfather who raised him with his mother, and they both died near Batman.

They are $400 but only come with one controller. By the time you pick up another controller ($60) and pay tax (if you buy it at a store locally), you are looking at over $500 easily.

Price wise, PS4 is a helluva lot cheaper than the Ps3 was at this same point in its cycle

I'm waiting for the game. I like the design, but I can see how some might not. With that in mind, maybe wait for the game to come out, as it could be better with context.

I'm hoping that it looks better in-game too, I was re-watching the cinematic trailers for all the previous games, and the suits all look busier on the trailers than they do in the actual game.

In the GI article it says he begins the game with the City suit and then upgrades the suit later in the game.

I love that idea.

I'm all in for this and I guess I'll have to cave in and get a PS4 now.

The day this is announced is the day that I purchase a flatscreen and a PS4.

This is going to be part of why I get a PS4, sweet

Along other great titles being made for Next gen, I can say that it is a great time to be a PS4 owner.

Everything else, looks amazing. This and MGSV just confirm my need for a PS4.

My sons and I LOVED the trailer. They are both asking me to buy it now. I had to explain to them that it's not for sale until October. After I hit them with that, I then told them we need to buy a PS4 because this won't be released for PS3. My 6 year old was like...WHAT!?!?

How much are ps4's now?.

This looks really promising, and it seems that RS saved the long awaited Batmobile gameplay for their last, though I'm surprised that it's "the last chapter". And is it me, or does Bruce looks more like Kevin Conroy now?

All in all, this is definitely my most anticipated game of 2014.

Can't wait for this. I'm hoping for a console bundle version. If they were smart, they'd do one because I bet a lot of people still don't have a new gen console and would snatch on up if bubbled with the game. I know I would.

I wouldn't mind a limited edition console bundle, but I hate those "game free and that's it" type of thing. It still saves you $$ but I want something a la MGS4 gun metal console.
