Okay so I read earlier in this thread that you should sink points into the batmobile so every time I have had an upgrade point I have sunk it into the armor, now however I'm kinda weak in the Batsuit armor area. My question to those of you that have finished the game is: what upgrades did you find essential and how early should I be attempting to achieve it?

You're kidding right? The new batsuit is disgusting, it's retarded, it's beyond tastelessly overdesigned, it's something I tolerate while playing, blergh! :lol sorry, but you triggered me there, I thought I made my stance on the batsuit clear by now :lol

It's not more serious than the previous suits, and using Nolan as reference for costume design isn't the compliment you think it is, the Nolan designs are also stupid save for Joker and the 1st Batsuit, Nolan is on the same level as Singer as far as costumes go.

But I'm not questioning the concept of the suit, like I said, I get they're going the tacticool armored route, I don't mind, the problem is that the design itself is beyond ugly, poorly executed dumb design, I can go into detail about that, but I've done so in the past, the costume looks like a cheap fan design, it's the kind of thing you see in "top 10 fan redesigns by amateur digital/videogame character artists" articles, along with Iron-Bat designs and such, it's just lame.

The game doesn't feel any one bit different from other games at all, hell, it doesn't LOOK any different save for the costume designs, the city has the exact same art deco TAS aesthetic and feel the previous RS games did.

I haven't died once and I'm playing on hard. But if this is your first Batman game, then yeah, I'd upgrade the suit too. Sword ninjas can be a pain of you rely on just mashing the block button instead of timing it right.

I'm playing on hard too and I've died a few times but from goofing around, not from actual combat that I remember :lol mostly I do it cause I love the death scenes, I love that they kept the ninjas and the brutes from Origins, they really keep the combat fresh, I also love when the enemies with knife attack so I can perform a sweet knife take down, it's awesome.

Please tell me you're not confusing the Origins costume, the absolutely superior, the sublime and best costume in the franchise, with the worst one.... Oh boi, I'm so triggered right now!
You just confused Origins with City/Asylum

Gaspar, are you drunk posting? What have I told you about that?

See? Even you believe it. You could've chosen an Origins pic, but nope; you went with Arkham City. Be true to yourself, Gaspar. Accept the light into your life.
batfan, you are truly a man after my own heart with your words.

Batfan talking like a Jehova's witness :lol is the AC/AA the the watchtower of Batman suits?

Meme game is not strong.

Ayy lmao = le meme alien.

Implying the proportions in the AC/AA suit are so bad, it makes Batman look like a big walking alien forehead.

Now all bow the one and only, the perfect, the supreme design!

You complain about the non-realistic looks of AC/AA Batman, in a comic book game, but you don't realize the AO batsuit is pretty unrealistic. What the **** is realistic about Chris Redfield in a batsuit? Nothing! :lecture you dare not know what you talk about, my child. Go now. You must learn. Head...head to...um...wherever the **** the league of shadows are at this moment.

I have started you on the path of righteousness, by editing your gif to be the real batsuit.

Huh? I'm not complaining about realism, I'm not even complaining :lol I'm comparing, and purely based on design alone, I like the AA/AC design a lot, it's second only to the immaculate AO design, but the proportions on the head and waist on AC/AA are stupid looking.

You 2 are so deluded in your false doctrine, you can't see who your true savior is anymore, I'll pray for your souls.

They really aren't, you have confused the AO batsuit for the glory of the AC suit

But for real it does sound like you are complaining about realism though :lol

Pray for yourself my son. We are enlightened, we are truth, we are many. Also we are on a toy forum. No souls exist here, you sold yours as soon as you signed up. See? Unenlightened :lecture

Nope, AO >>>>> AC/AA, that is a scientific fact.

Fear toxin, not even once.

Fear toxin, not even once.

It isn't a scientific fact, though. I like the Origins suit, but, with that in mind, people could say that it's as over designed as the AK Batsuit and in practically bulky. It's pretty much the love child of the Begins suit and the TDK suit. I like both of those suits, which is probably why I like it. With that in mind, odd proportions aside, the Arkham Asylum and Arkham City suits are probably the closest to a pragmatic representation of the comic suits that we'll ever get.

They're sleek and lean enough that you still get a taste of that classic Batman imagery, but detailed enough as to not veer towards being totally unrealistic. The large, pointed ears, briefs, and lean frame are evocative of the Neal Adams and Marshall Rogers Batmen of the '70s, while the reflective cape and cowl can represent both the modern and classic by shifting between blue and grey and black and grey, depending on the lighting.

In that respect, though, the Asylum and City suits are far closer to their comic book counterparts, whereas the Origins suit is closer to the practical, armored approach used in film. Personally, I think there's room for all of them; I even love the Arkham Knight suit, but I'd concede that the Asylum and City suits are probably my favorites, as they more closely resemble how I think of Batman.
