So to answer my own question, it does not appear XBox owners get access to the 1966 West outfit...which is really kind of messed up that we get the car, Robin, and Catwoman...but no Adam West Batman. I can't seem to find any official answer from WB, but it'll be an annoyance if we never get them. 2/3rds of a themed costume DLC one but not the main character....bleh. I think it was also a pre-order bonus (not sure?) for the PS4, so some PS4 players may still have the 1966 DLC without the West costume. Kind of a poor choice for exclusive when you had other DLC planned around that theme.

For what generated more discussion than it was worth, I looked at both the XBox and PS4 before I picked one (and quite a lot at the thread here where people were debating them). The list of exclusives I wanted was about three times the size for the XBox vs for the PS4. My brother and I use the family sharing which is awesome since we take turn buying games we can both play, so that was a big plus as well. And most of my co-workers are also on the XBox. I don't regret my choice for a minute :)

I would eventually like to own a PS4, but not until there's a few more exclusives which aren't just remakes of titles I already own for the PS3.

Not trying to continue it, but xbox one has sold more units within my regional area than ps4. Not saying I'm an exception, conference meeting just confirmed it too.

Either way, I own all systems and I never feel a need to bash the other

Try not to get dragged into it. Bashing gaming systems is weird nerd pissing contest. Any reasonable person can actually see the merits of each system. I'm actually kinda hoping Nintendo does something good with it's new console. I miss playing Zelda.

They can't dig that grave deep enough. Every console is a failure.

Well the problem seems to be that they consistently playing from behind. Nintendo used to be the cutting edge of home gaming, now they're constantly being outclassed. So when they say that their new console can out match the Xbox and PS4 I' hope they're telling the truth, because if not then they're just that much farther behind the ball.

But if it looks good and Zelda I might but it :lol

IMO they should just cut and run and stick to handhelds.

Watched an edited walkthrough.
The plot is actually much better than in "City", but the story is even more convoluted and poorly written.
Riddler's sidestory is the only one that fits into the setting estaplished by "Asylum".
And seriously, there was no need in what they did to Barbara and Jim. It was pointless and annouing as hell.

This series started as a great hybrid homage to comic books and animated classic, but ended as a typical bombastic mess.
Really, really sad.

P.S.
Very nice graphics

I have to agree. A lot of people say they want some based on the series, but it wouldn't work. It did have some great ideas and I like that they were able to do things like kill off characters, but it also became a mess.

Outside of the Wii U, how so?

There's also all the other **** they've been pulling recently, like the censorship in Fatal Frame (and other recent games), taking money off YouTubers, keeping their prices high all the time and so on which is bad. Along with neglecting so many franchises like Metroid to the point of petitions (while petty, makes some sort of point)

Zelda's gonna be the only thing keeping me together on the Wii U. Sure it has a few games I really wanted and enjoyed, but I've seen better. And next year with the PS4 getting Ratchet and Clank, Uncharted 4 and other high quality games, it's gonna be bad for Nintendo.

Why was this game rated R again? I just finished it and couldn't really understand what the deal was with the rating.

Also, what's a Wii U?

I just wish they would've taken advantage of the rating. I wish that these guys weren't just rag dolls who could get a knee slammed into their faces without anything happening. The Fight Night games were Teen and they had guys bleeding; hell, even Uncharted; those dudes splatter with every shot, and that was rated Teen, so, how is it that, even with an M rating, we wound up with more meat puppets?

It would have made sense with how deranged Batman was allegedly getting...I don't know why exactly it got the M rating. :dunno maybe I missed something, though it's been two months since I last played the game.

Yeah, I'm kind of at a loss, as well. The only kind of graphic thing I can think of is the cremation, but I thought that was pretty tame, honestly.
I suppose, thematically, you could argue that the Diner sequence was mature, as well as the Killing Joke/Death in the Family nightmare sequences, and the suicide, but, honestly, even all of those seemed pretty tame (Joker blocking the suicide, Jason getting knocked out of the spotlight, etc.).

As RS said, they weren't aiming for the M-rating, they got it when they submitted the game. It clearly came from the Batmobile interrogation scene and they mentioned they were as surprised as the fans were by the ESRB verdict.

Huh, that one wasn't even on my radar. I could see if you failed the mission by going too hard and smashing the guy's head or something, but, as it was...yeah, so he screamed a little bit? :lol

I think the act of interrogation by reversing 40" wheels was definitely enough for the ESRB so push the rating beyond what RS intended. We're probably desensitized to it being hardcore Bat fans but I did show that scene to a few friends and that made them uneasy. Normal folks just don't expect Batman to use the frikkin' Batmobile as a torture device. :lol
