I just noticed that the camera doesn't stay centered and locked on like in most driving games like Gran Turismo, which ends up making most driving games look stagnant and dull. Damn you Rocksteady for evoking awesomeness in such a small detail!

This game's Arkham makes Origins look like a 3DS title. Hopefully they have a good excuse for no citizens in the streets. Kinda silly they could keep a whole city on lockdown for 2 games.

Didn't Gordon say in one of the earlier videos that most of the city had been evacuated and all that was left was basically the criminals?

The original trailer showed the city being evacuated, and Scarecrow(who looks awesome) telling the city that anyone who stayed would be subject to the villains.

Rocksteady going out with a huge bang. :clap

My jaw was floored watching that demo. I couldn't believe that it was in-game. The detail, along with the improvements of gameplay: floored. My worries about the deiggn is gone seeing how it looks better in engine.

My only negative is with the new gritty realistic look, may not match the larger than life characters like penguin.

Nope, you’ll have to wait until Playstation Now hits to play ps3 games on your new system.

In terms of character renders, I find it strange how Bruce is sporting Affleck's facial structure with Keaton's hair :lol. But, the game looks incredible. It has been a while since I was excited for a game, as I am with Arkham Knight.

Well, with Bruce suiting up in what appeared to be a safe house, it makes me wonder if we will get to see the glory of the previous suits rendered in next-gen. :yess:

I hear ya. I hope they go out with a bang and finally give us all the movie suits too. Based on the fancy desk and the picture of his family, I'm guessing that safe house happens to be his executive suite office at Wayne Enterprises. That video really helped me see why the Batmobile's wheels are that way --- so it can strafe dodge and attack. I think's it's pretty cool and I like that the car looks to be the ultimate edge for Batman in this game, even though I still don't like the overall look of it yet. In terms of "least-sleek Batmobile" this now ranks higher than the Tumbler (and I LIKE the Tumbler), but still just under Miller's Bat-Tank.

I hope all of the design choices the made with the articulated metallic suit armor and the Batmobile make a lot of sense within the game. Right now, it feels like everything with Batman/the Batmobile is so complicated-looking because it can be (to show off the power of the next gen), but not necessarily because it needs to be (to fit-in and serve the world of the story). Like someone else pointed out, why does Scarecrow wear gas mask canisters on his mask if his mouth and eyes are completely exposed? Maybe he's built up an immunity to his own fear toxin...but then the question remains...why wear the canisters?

Gotham City looks great.

The Bruce Wayne we were shown was just a CG render, we wont know how he looks in-game yet. Hated how he looked in Arkham City though. Im glad Batman isnt a roided out as before, that always bothered me

Didn't like the tank like mode of the Batmobile, but everything else has me excited.
