Every Batmobile transforms into something else, that's nothing new.

STAGE DEMO!!! :panic::panic::panic:

My bad, it's not a stage demo, it's just the trailer being talked about by some guys, misleading ****ers :lol

Hands on impression by IGN, some new details you might have missed by simply watching the trailer:

There's supposed to be a twitch livestream of gameplay tomorrow, though, from 1:20 to 1:40.

getting a sort of "Bruce Wayne is the Arkham Knight" vibe... Scarecrow's toxin bringing out the man Bruce fears becoming...

"Fight Club" in Gotham?

Is it me or is scarecrows voice really close to Thomas Wayne's?

Also, I honestly can't get the idea out of my head that Arkham Knight is Damian Wayne (who perhaps doesn't know bruce is his father or doesn't know bruce is batman?) and comes to exact revenge for batman killing his grandfather, Ra's.

But maybe that's just unfeasible in terms of age. I don't know. But I'm inclined to say from what we know now thematically it seems they want to tie it back to parenthood and subsequently not having your parents around, or something.

Anyone any thoughts, especially those with good CB knowledge? Is this a feasible idea or does something render it out of the question?

Scarecrow reveal was sooooo IM3 Mandarin :lol, he even interrupted the broadcast :lol:rotfl:lol

You'll nevahr see meeeeee cominggggggg...just like you didn't see me in Arkham Asylum, four years before Iron Man 3.

Seriously, CB readers, who COULD be the Knight?

Damian, Ra's, Jason Todd, Slade, any of the Arkham Family, Dr. Strange, Azrael, Alberto Falcone, Black Mask, Lock-up....

Is it perhaps a robot? He commands drone forces... A new take on the Ventriloquist? I'm just randomly listing ideas here.

God please do not let them ruin Damian this way. I love that kid, and if he is in this game, he needs to be Robin.

As far as the Arkham Knight: If they hadn't said he is an entirely new character, I would guess Thomas Wayne Jr. either the Earth 2 version or the Lincoln March version from Scott Snyder's Court of Owls. But I am guessing that they are being honest when they say he's brand new, never even been in comics.

Damian is unlikely unless he's an aged clone, like we've seen in The New 52. Ra's is probably alive, and I would love to see him play another role in the series. Slade maybe but doubtful.
Dr. Strange is dead, no way he could come back since he died in an exploding building.
Others probably not but Ra's I could see. Damian as Robin though would be nice, it could add to the character tension.

Have they ever transformed for offensive manuevers though?

Tumbler became Batpod after it was destroyed.

89 had shields for defense.

Returns changed to slender rocket shape to fit between the walls.

Dark Knight Returns never transformed.

BTAS never transformed.

66 never transformed.

I'm thinking an alternate, adult Damian, as well. His mother and grandfather died in Arkham City, making the Arkham Knight a fitting tribute, and we know there's, at least, a possibility of his existence after Bruce and Talia's "night in Metropolis."

Honestly from the comics none of those fit. Jason is Red Hood, and just going on his storyline he was only pissed at Bruce because the Joker was alive. With Joker dead, if Jason was to come back, he wouldn't really have a gripe and would more than likely help Bruce. Joker not being dead was his only real point of contention with Bruce.

Damian - Would really only be about 10. It could be an aged clone of him. Which Grant Morrison played around with in Batman Inc. Talia and Ras would not be above doing this. But it won't officially be Damian.

Ras - Not his style. He would never team up with the other rogues. He looks down on them as scum. Plus he wouldn't hide behind a mask. If he ever beats "The Detective" he wants Bruce to know it was him from the start.

Slade - Outside of Origins, Slade is not really a Batman villain. He would really only go after Bruce, unless Bruce had something he wanted, or a lot of money was involved. And if he did, he's not changing his name and costume.

Azrael - At one point Michael Lane was the 3rd evil Batman. He was Bruce's equal in almost every way. But once he put on the Suit of Sorrows(his costume in City) he pretty much became a good guy. But there was a 3rd evil Batman in Damian's future, and we are never told who it is. So it could be that guy.

Black Mask - Is not a fighter. At all. He's evil, sadistic, and maybe the most vile and cruel villain this side of the Joker, but he is not a physical threat. He's smart as hell, but not this level of fighter.

Alberto Falcone - Interesting. Could be. In comics he's played more like Fredo Corleone but with a nasty streak. Like Serial Killer nasty. Before new 52 he was the new Black Mask since Catwoman killed Roman.

Ventriloquist - It seems to be more about the doll. They have been playing with the idea in comics that the doll is almost an evil entity that infects weak minds for it's own ends.

That's all I got off the people you named.
