So I never played Origins. I dont hear very good things about it. What gives? It looked beautiful, had one of the best batman suits ever, and featured Deathstroke. Is it boring?

I think it was due to being plagued with glitches when released, and took quite a while to get fixed. I'm replaying it right now, and IMO it's still a pretty good game. I'm on a mission to get the Platinum trophy for it before Kinght releases next year.

It's a good game in it's own right, just that it felt familiar because it recycles everything from Arkham City and did nothing to innovate. Try it out while waiting for Arkham Knight, you'll get your money's worth.

I don't love the game but I think it's alright.

Sums is up perfectly. I'm a huge Batman Returns fan, and the Christmas setting in Origins reminds me a lot of the movie. The music is also very seasonal.
