I never liked the AA Scarecrow, he looks and sounds like he belongs in a Tim Burton film. I always wanted the Scarecrow from TNBA, now that's intimidating. AK Scarecrow is definitely a huge improvement.

I'm not too much of a fan of the AA look either, reminds me too much of Psycho Mantis.

Also yeah, the combat's not that bad. It was meant to be simple...plus it's not the main focus of the game, one of them, but not what the game is based around. And you're right, these are just basic thugs. We're the ******* batman...they're not gonna stand up of course.

I would have liked the Arkham City/Asylum suit as well for consistency, but this suit still looks nice at times. Won't prefer it in the long run though, but I'll take it over AO's recolored Bale suit

The batmobile always seems to have some sort of firepower...but missles is a bit too much, not surprising however

^ I wouldn't consider that a spoiler at all. The game devs have mentioned that a few times, and early on too. Infact it was probably around the time of the initial announcement of the game they mentioned that.

I'm just hoping we can use it as a skin and therefore keep it throughout the game.

Ah right! My bad! Id never heard it. That's quite good. Gives good continuity, and with appearances and voice actors changing that's a good thing.

Yeah, I've never really liked their "3D oil painting" stylized figures, but every one of these AK figures looks amazing. I'd love to see what they do with Scarecrow.

I hate PAK with all my heart, I bet NECA's 1/4 will destroy PAK's efforts in terms of likeness and quality.

Did you even bother to look at the thing, Gaspar? It looks nothing like the stylized figures we've come to expect from PAK. It's pretty much a straight-up adaptation of the game design.

Yes I did, it's most definitely not a straight up adaptation, proportions are still exaggerated and the whole silhouette of the figure is still overly stylized, it's not as bad as PAK has done lately, paint is a better than usual efforts, but still don't like it, sorry

I'll admit it looks like a pretty direct translation in that link, we'll see if the final product matches the proto.

Still, you get twice as much figure for the same money with NECA.

Me? I'm not buying either one, I love the games but with that new suit I'll just get the DCC 5pack and be done with it.

No, me either. But this I really like. He looks human.! The only other pak I've ever had is solid snake.

I am really curious to see what the NECA figure looks like painted. The prototype looked great. Personally, though, I still hope the AC figure (figures, if they ever get off their ***** and put The Joker up) sell well enough for them to tackle some of the AK designs. I'd love to see Batman, Scarecrow, and The Arkham Knight.

I can totally say that for some figures, this is the case. Even some regular 7" NECAs are better than the PAKs that both licenses share, like Dead Space. NECA AO Batman looks so much better than PAK AO Batman, and I think NECA AK Batman will beat the PAK. The PAK does look pretty great though, but I wish SQEX would include more than the freaking grapnel gun and batarang. Also the PVC capes are starting to get annoying....

Doesn't change the fact that he acted quite like Bale with the slight rasp Back in Arkham City when he interrogated Quincy Sharp, I didn't find anything wrong with that.

Oh I thought you meant the fact that he was interrogating, yeah, I agree Conroy sounded raspier than usual, but with that little rasp in his voice, he sounded 1000x more intimidating than Bale ever will, and still 100% comprehensible

It's common knowledge that especially in the Arkha games, Batman interrogates a lot...unless you're someone who didn't actually play the Arkham Games, but whatever. And it totally beats Bale at his best by far, yeah.
