Most are all hollow now they don't make them like the first busts (spiderman) I really hope they don't send me some bs email retracting the bust.

Mine supposed to be delivered today, when I checked my tracking it said: shipper requested shipment to be returned

You guys read the post at SF? Apparently there are issues with the bust. Some may have oily substance on Batman.

Yah praying it's an isolated incident and I hope all the others turn out well. For those about to get it ship, maybe it's best to have SSC inspect it. I've done that before with Mark VI Maquette when there was all those chin paint problems. Saved me some grief. Too bad, I couldn't do that with Psylocke.
I am surprised nobody else but me got the shipment returned back to sideshow.
I was very excited this morning to come to work because I thought my bust will be delivered today, I checked the tracking this morning and it said on FEDEX vehicle for delivery, 3 hours later I checked again it said Shipper requested shipment to be returned.
So I called SS they told me they heard possible moist issue with my bust so they told FEDEX to ship the bust back to them so they can check.
They also told me an official email will be sent to me explaining the situation with the bust but until now I have not received any emails.
Now I don't know when will I get mine

I think with summer upon us, they might be having some moisture issues from the manufacturer. I recently received a Magik Comiquette, and upon opening it, there was mold all over it as well as paint bubbles (due to the moisture, I assume). It looks like these have suffered a similar fate. With the plastic that they wrap everything in, the moisture can't escape, and the length on time on a slow boat give it enough time to screw up the paint.
I'm just glad that Sideshow caught this and is doing what they can to correct the problem.

Good luck man, but I would rather for them to recall the shipment than got the bust with moist and paint issue.

Does this have to do with the piece being backordered on Sideshow or a whole seperate incident?
Well I just got it delivered which was a nice early surprise. The downside is that the bag had quite a bit of moisture in it and the top of the cowl was pretty damp. Looks like I have paint bubbles on the top of the head
The bust however is awesome and for the doubters there is nothing wrong with the eyes. I will get some pics later I have to go to work
