I suppose if one were inclined, adding depth to that alone shouldn't be a huge issue.
Overall it's hardly a deal breaker. The belt that is....

The Batman piece is currently in production and has been 100% approved through the licensor, so making changes at this point isn't going to be possible.

So they finished the Regs most likely of the black and grey and this one is already in the pipe... I am expecting a quick turn around then

Ok anyone else notice this... I am sure it's just the angle of the photos but in the first photo the New Bats is looking a bit more to the front... Much more so then the extra head it will be coming with (from the original) but in the second photo I am posting he looks like he is almost looking just as far off to the left (like the original)... Much more then the first shot I posted. It's almost like its not sitting in it spot correctly.

Hmmm... good observatin. Glad I didn't order the first Bat pf... This one will probably have the arm pit issue and dark paint face color fixed.

If the pit issue is fixed this'll be a winner especially with the new portrait.
I like the darker grey suit too and with the classic yellow and blue it all works out really well.

In a way i feel embarrassed by asking this but I would rather ask and know then go on not knowing. What storylines does batman wear this costume? Who originally drew him with that color scheme and style? I have searched but honestly its gets clogged with the dam ****** movie suits (batman robin and batman forever) so any info is appreciated and the more the better.

And the 60s and 70s too.... He started wearing the blue and grey in the 50s even, but then they added the yellow oval in the 60s. This isn't really a modern suit, but it is definitely his longest running suit.

Type "Neil Adams" Batman and you will find what you are looking for.. Many artist drew him in this suit but Neil is IMO the best.

Jaws I hate to say it because I know it will bother you, but looking at your own posted pics you can see that the new head is turned almost as far to the left as the original Canale sculpt ..., the pics are just slightly different angles

I Like the Black when I look at it but man when I look at the new version and it just IS THE Batman to me.

Yeah that second photo looks like it's turned just as much as the Canale.... All other photos and the preview vid looks like it's not turned as much... Either way I like it better then the original so it's a buy for me

How could we tell if the pit issue is fixed based on the prototype? If I recall, the original PF the prototype looked fine and it was when we received the production piece the pit issue became a thing.
