He's decent by today's standards. I purchased him dirt cheap when he first released. Back then, he was stellar! His head sculpt is creepy; with wrinkles and wicked teeth. The paint and sculpt of his eyes definitely make him statuesque and less life-like. His gloves are sculpted with a pearl finish. Actually, every part of him is sculpted except his jacket, pants, and bowtie (none of which are the best quality). About the only thing I dislike is the flower on his jacket. It seems like a tiny fake daisy from Hobby Lobby.
All that said, he is currently my largest piece, and he commands respect. Casually leaning on the dynamite plunger is a priceless pose.

I will ask for a replacement foam and box after the holiday. I have pics to show them. I mean the styro is important to be able to put it back inside the box. Not if its all smashed inside. On another note this batman looks awesome. The head is the best batman I've seen. So bye bye to my first sad face armpitty batman. 
. So it's the same but it's blue and black with the oval emblem. Terrific.
